Love the size but the material is on the thick side making it hard to move especially around the neck, which is not necessary, considering it’s cotton filled, and it doesn’t allow for the breast to have a natural sag.

Having no prior experience with breastforms, I bought the K-cup cotton for my wife and I to enjoy. The good: They seem durable. Others have mentioned they don't have a natural shape, but I love enormous fake-looking boobs. I didn't want to spend the money for Z-cups on our first set, but I did make an incision on the inside and stuffed these to about an N or O-cup and resealed ...so far, so good, we have a lot of fun with them. ... show more
