I picked up the black version of the IN10 PRO, and it is absolutely stunning! I learned that the battery and the e-bike are shipped separately, so I reached out to customer service to request the tracking number for the second package; they responded very promptly. The bike arrived incredibly fast, the packaging was extremely secure, and the assembly process was quite simple. The motor delivers powerful performance, the ride is smooth, and the sleek black aesthetic looks incredibly cool.
