    • Effective product at an affordable price.
Size: 160 Count (Pack of 1) Pattern Name: Vitamin C
I’ve been taking this product for a little over three months now, and I’m very happy with the results thus far. While I originally began using collagen for hair growth support, I’ve noticed other unexpected benefits, such as reduced fine lines around my eyes and a softening of the deeper wrinkles around my mouth area. The only down side is that the recommended dosage is 6 tablets a day, that can be taken all at once or spread throughout the day. The affordability of the product certainly helps in this regard, especially as I have noticed an effectiveness of the product in the overall improvements to my appearance. I have experienced zero negative side effects while using this product. This excellent brand is a solid choice at an adorable price point for those considering taking collagen. ... show more

    • Great vitamins for a great price. I highly recommend them!
Size: 160 Count (Pack of 1) Pattern Name: Vitamin C
I have been using the Youtheory Advanced Collagen for about 5 months now and people have been complimenting my hair daily. Two women I work with started using it after they saw how much my hair has grown so quickly and it also seems to have thickened my hair. My hair is growing so fast! They are big pills and it is suggested to take 6 per day. I only take 4 per day, 2 in the morning and 2 after lunch. That seems to be enough for me, but that is only my experience. There is no taste or smell. The value for the price is great! My fingernails are growing faster than normal, but not a drastic change. All in all, I am very happy with the results. ... show more

    • Helped to ease my hip and back pain.
Size: 290 Count (Pack of 1) Pattern Name: Vitamin C
I started to take this supplement last week, but since I also started taking two new supplements, I could not figure out what was causing my symptoms of pimples breaking out on my face, headaches, or why I suddenly had some unusual body odor. So, I continued to take the Youtheory collagen product and stopped taking the other two products. Yet, I continued to experience those symptoms. Now, not that I did not read the reviews before I purchased this item, because I typically read reviews before purchasing products. Unfortunately, I did not pay attention to the lesser negative reviews since this product was so highly rated with huge great reviews. Anyways, after my bad experience with this product, I read more of the negative reviews, and sure enough I had some of the same symptoms others had. Although I only got headaches during the first 3 days of taking the product, I stopped taking it after four days since I continued to have the other two symptoms that I mentioned above. Sure enough, when I stopped taking this product all of my above symptoms went away. Even when I restarted to take the other two products that I mentioned above again, I still did not have any of the symptoms like I did when I was taking the Youtheory collagen. The only thing I regret when I stopped taking Youtheory collagen is that my hip pain came back. So, I guess this product is good for something, but it's not worth it for me with the other symptoms it brings. Update: So, I decided to retake these supplements since I still had them on hand, and I didn't want to waste them. Fortunately, I'm not having any of the side effects such as body odor, and pimple break outs, just one pimple now and then. Also, since it's been about a week since I started to retake these supplements, I've had only one headache, and I also feel like it is still helping with my hip and joint pain, as I don't feel much pain when taking these. I don't know what it's done for my hair yet because my hair is braided, but as far as for my skin, it's helping to give me softer radiant skin. So, I guess all those side effects that I had before was just my body getting use to this product. Overall, this is an okay product, and I think I will see better results the longer I take it. ... show more

    • Good results so far with no side effects
Size: 290 Count (Pack of 1) Pattern Name: Vitamin C
I purchased this collagen supplement for my parents, and they have been taking it consistently for a few weeks now. They wanted something to support their overall health, and so far they feel good and satisfied with the results. They mentioned feeling generally healthier and more comfortable while using it, and importantly, they have not experienced any side effects. That was a big factor for us when choosing a supplement. The tablets are easy to swallow, and the bottle lasts a long time. The only downside is that the daily serving requires taking multiple tablets, which may feel like a lot for some people. However, once they got used to the routine, it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, based on their experience, I would recommend this collagen supplement to anyone looking for a reliable option and who doesn’t mind taking several pills per day. ... show more

    • Very easy way to get collagen
Size: 290 Count (Pack of 1) Pattern Name: Vitamin C
I am 41 and started taking this supplement a few weeks ago, and I can already tell a difference in my skin. My face is clearer and more firm. But taking the full dose was making me nauseous all day. When taking it for skin health, most people only need 2500-5000 mg of collagen daily. So I cut my dosage down to 4000 mg, and the nausea has gone away. I might gradually increase my dose back up to 6000 mg over time, but for now 4000 mg is working very well for me. They are easy for me to take, and no smells or aftertaste. This supplement is now in my daily regimen, and I don't ever see myself without it. ... show more

    • Six pills is one dose.

Wish I would have read the dosage more completely as one (1) dose is six pills and they are not small pills. I will not reorder.
