Love the feel and the weight of coat and it’s definitely keep me warm. I feel totally confident wearing this to the office or out and about. I should have ordered a size up to allow for thicker shorts that we all tend to wear once the cooler weather hits.

My wife got this in anticipation of the upcoming winter. Her London Fog wool coat is getting old and thought it was time for a new one. This coat is very well made. The picture shows what appears to be a button, however, it is a silver snap that cannot be seen when fastened. When she put it on, almost immediately she was getting warm. It is still summer in our neck of the woods. She stated that this would be a great coat for cold weather, nice and warm. The coat is a bit snug in the mid section and a bit tight in the shoulders. My wife would normally wear a size 20, she supposes this coat XXL was made for an 18.

I like the style of this coat, but if I do wear it during the winter season, plentiful layers will be MANDATORY just to stay warm. There is only ONE single button to keep the coat together, and the magnet they use to fasten it together seems somewhat weak. I can imagine walking in blizzard conditions and the brutal winds and snow of Chicago whipping this coat open without issue! Additionally, I ordered this coat in a small, and it somehow seems a bit baggy on me. (I need to lose a bit of weight, so I imagine smaller women that order this coat in a small will not appreciate how loose and baggy it is). I will use it during Autumn months for sure. However, if you're looking for a warm, snug fitting, winter coat, I'd look elsewhere...

Nice product in general. I got the women's Medium for my 12 yo daughter who's 5'6" and 165 lb [165 cm and 75 kg]. She tried it on and liked it, but ... "I'll blow out a shoulder seam in two weeks. Too tight. Can't move in this thing. Designed for scrawny office women."

I would call this more of a late fall coat, not a winter coat. There is only one snap in the front, so if it is actually cold outside, it doesn't give you a ton of coverage in the front. However, the fabric is buttery and soft as is the lining. The style is flattering too - not too long, so maybe nice for more petite wearers. I think the sleeves are actually almost too long - not almost too short like they look in the picture. Very good buy for the money. I love it.
