This is the best collagen I have ever used. No tummy issues ,blend easily and no taste. I have been blending it into my morning coffee for two weeks now. It will take longer to see the effects on my skin but noticed a great increase in energy from day one. On the downside,I live in Canada and the shipping ,duty and exchange rate makes this very expensive .

I am a regular user of collegen and tried this brand after hearing the Dr on a pod cast. Didn’t dissolve well and I felt like it wasn’t as good as others I’ve used. Packaging doesn’t provide a lot of ingredient information.

I was super excited to try this as I’ve watched Dr. Youn’s YouTube videos and seen his ads for this. It does have about half the amount of calories/collagen/protein as a similar product I got from Costco that is chocolate flavored while also costing more so it is pretty pricey. It is also definitely not tasteless so I would recommend mixing it with something flavored and not just plain water because the slight taste is definitely not my favorite. And make sure you mix it well because any chunks are really not appetizing.

I have taken 13gm/day for the last six weeks - starting to notice changes in hair texture. Additional findings will be shared after at least 3 months of use. The reason for 4 stars is due to the cost of the product - definitely on the high end of the scale with comparable products.

This collagen has peptides that allow the body to assimilate the collagen. Without these peptides, the body can not properly absorb the colagen.
