The irony of getting much needed iron from iron itself! I felt the difference on the first day I drank the iron infused water. I had more energy, and didn't get the 2PM "sleepies." The process is easy. The flavor isn't great but the splash of citrus (read instructions) helps lessen the metallic taste. Be sure to wash the fish well, dry it, put it in a ziplock bag and store it in the fridge to prevent rust. Thanks to the iron fish, I won't have to purchase iron supplements for quite a while.

Love them... easy to use. I’m low on iron so any extra is great! Just simply boil them in water and use as your drinking water to add iron to your diet. Can also use in soup base when cooking to add iron to food if you choose.
