Most futons are uncomfortable and have very little padding or cushion. This cushion is nice and thick. It's comfy to sit and sleep on. Someone liked it so them, they said they are ordering one because it's just what they wanted. Buy it and you won't be unhappy.

Awful. Hard. Oversized so much so that it doesn’t fold to the couch of the futon frame. You can’t ship it back because it will not return to the box. Physically too heavy to return let alone fine a queen size bed box. This is a gimmick and I’m over Amazon advertising products that aren’t what they say they are or do what they say they will. Can’t even replace or return $170 dollars later. No number to contact the company or Amazon. The vendor tells you that UPS WILL PROVIDE A BOX- they do not. I am still Out of my money - the product has been returned. I have spent nearly 8 hours on the phone with UPS- Amazon- the 3rd party vendor that finally came to pick up matress that was not foldable. This has been a huge inconvenience and Amazon needs to pull this vendor off of Amazon for false advertising. This is not a futon cushion- it’s a queen cushion that doesn’t fold. My 80 year old mother had no where to sit while here at my house visiting.

I got this and a foam mattress topper to go in the guest bedroom, its very comfy combines, but alone it would not suffice for anyone with any sense. Its not as plush as pictured, but would work if you were in a pinch or wanted it for camping or in your car. Otherwise, you will need something else to go with it, like a foam topper )4 in at least) and a bunky board to go underneath.

I would not buy this again & DEFINITELY Do NOT Recommend this mattress. Yes it is Thick. But not for a futon couch, Soo hard to set it to stay, slides down, need to People to set it & it still slides & wants to lay flat.definitely not comfortable as a bed mattress either.

Everything seemed very promising when I opened the box and gave it a day or two to fluff up. My main complaint is that buttons started coming off after the first use. Everything it was used more of the buttons came off. You definitely need to get a base for it mine doesn't stay up well on it's own. Maybe someone has gotten it to sit up like in the picture but I haven't. Would I purchase this item again I don't think so. I would get one a little more durable. It is comfortable for a onetime use maybe twice back to back would purchase for regular use.
