It was pretty easy to assemble. I actually assembled it without the instructions because they were packaged with the basketball hoop and that was the last thing I opened. We have been enjoying it a lot, especially since it's big enough for the whole family! Also, customer service was very helpful. When they didn't have the color I ordered they contacted me and asked me if I wanted to choose another color. Some people would just send you something without asking. Quality of the net where it ties at the bottom is not very well made, i had some of the holes rip while getting it tied down, and the spring protective padding is to short, will not go all the way around the trampoline. We purchased this for the kids to play on through the summer. Installation took a few hours with 3 adults and 2 teens. The hardest part is putting on the netting, which is tight. We couldn't get all the holes to line up, so the section with the zipper isn't tied down as well as I would have liked. The zipper can't close because of the way the netting pulls. As long as the kids don't fall into the zipper section, it's secure enough. The netting for the basketball hoop lasted about 9 months before it disintegrated. The hoop is fine, but the net is gone. It's not a big thing for us, as the kids don't really play with it, anyway. They prefer to jump. We added solar powered fairy lights along the top and bottom of the trampoline. ... show more

Seems to be a well made product. Instructions were a bit lacking, so had to guess at a few things, but are understandable for the important things like springs installation. Tested with wife, 4 yo child, and me inside. Seems to support us all. A little creaking sound when adults are jumping. If you are in a windy area, definitely get a trampoline with ground stakes! Product is very well made. The netting poles being curved provide more space to jump. My kids play on this trampoline all the time including water sports and it holds up. If you going to get a trampoline, get this one, and get the 16ft. It takes about 2 1/2 hours to put together, but well worth the investment. ... show more
