I've wanted a rowing machine for a while but didn't want something too noisy or large since space is limited. The package arrived on time and the product was fairly easy to assemble for one person. There was only one part that was a little tight to place together but it wasn't terrible just had to put a little muscle into it. It is easy to change from rowing to ab workout and I store it propped up on a wall in a closet, it's easy to move around. As others have mentioned, there isn't any resistance for your legs so if you want a good, challenging leg workout, this isn't for you. I've used the ab workout mode a few times and it seems to work well for upper and mid ab muscles in the way I was using it. Of course, I'd prefer oblique and lower abs to get a good workout too.     • Very happy additional resistance bands help!

Took a chance on buying this because I really wanted a rowing machine but didn't have much space for one. Without any additional resistance it's pretty light but I found the way the seat is shaped you can attach additional resistance bands wrapped around the trunk to get a good leg workout even to the point where you can almost make it a leg press machine. For the arms I was able to attach additional resistance bands to anchor points on the wall and then attach the other end to the existing handles which gives it enough to make it a strong workout that can be increased as time goes on. The ab function of the machine is also challenging enough to let you get to a burn quickly (I have very strong abs so I don't want to have to do 300 sit ups before it starts to burn) and puts very little strain on your hip flexors and lower back (unlike some of the other ab rollers and such do) I would recommend this machine to anyone that has a limited space but once to do some rowing. But I would also recommend buying some additional resistance bands so you can increase the workout (plenty of available on Amazon starting at 20 bucks) The strap that goes around your ankle for the resistance bands fits perfectly around the notch in the seat. I would also recommend getting an additional seat cushion but even with those additions is very economical and well worth the money ... show more

There really isn’t anything I dont like I love that it’s so lightweight I can move it myself and it works just as well as a $5000 rowing machine In my opinion . Folds away without taking up any room standing up. Mostly helping me with my Wanting to stretch my back at night. Love it.

The unit is lightweight yet sturdy. I have only used the rower so far but am very happy with it. I'm almost 6' tall and worried about the range of motion; I can easily extend myself on the rower. Very happy with the purchase.

The machine is basically pre-assembled which makes this purchase a huge plus. It is nice, light, sturdy and a smooth workout. This is a full body workout machine, the transition into a ab machine is easy and what gives this machine more bang for your bucks! It's easy to fold and store away when not in use. There are really only two major parts to put together however some genius did not allow enough space for tubes to fit together and clear an internal fastener. So I have not been able to even use it. Very frustrating!
