The image shows the inside of the cart is 38-inches, it is actually more like 32.5-inches. We’ll made otherwise but I was looking for a longer cart, so it was returned.

I was very happy to receive this wagon. We have now used it twice and I love it. However, the cover that came on it has nothing to do with the directions we received and the zipper on the cover broke immediately. We had not even used it when the zipper broke. Also, the edging around that cover and the board that lays in the wagon on the bottom is very, very poorly done. I contacted the seller and she seemed nice and told me to send pictures. I am elderly. I do not see well. I have been in the hospital twice recently and I asked her how do I send pictures to you? I don't know how to send you the pictures I will send them but I don't know how. The only way she would discuss an exchange was with the pictures. I advised her that what I received is not the same as the directions. The directions look like the board that goes on the bottom wrapping around the wagon. So the only place I can put pictures is here in a written review. I have tried to show the edging, how sloppily it was done and I've tried to show the broken zipper. I would be very happy if the seller would send me the correct board cover thing that goes with the directions I have. She sent me another set of directions. I didn't need another copy of that I needed to know how to send pictures so I'm very disappointed with the communication and with parts of this package but we do love the wagon.

I had a little problem with the first wagon I ordered. I sent it back and received a replacement within a week. Thus wagon will carry a lot of stuff and it is easy to fold for storage. The front steering looks a little flimsy but, we'll see what happens when I start using it.
