My wife and I both purchased the same head strap, and both of us are extremely happy! The elastic straps that come with the oculus are uncomfortable when you tighten them down enough to keep the system secure on your face, especially during games with a lot of movement. This replacement head strap has thick padding that cups around the back of your head, and it easily adjusts to your size with a turn of the adjustment knob. We both use it for fitness games including boxing where there is a lot of fast ducking and dodging, and it stays in place. Overall very satisfied with the quality, price, and fit.

I had heard horror stories about the strap that comes with the Oculus Quest 2, which I feel the company should be ashamed for sending out their pricey product with such a shoddy head strap. So, after a lot of research and price comparisons, I decided to try this strap (it was between this one and the Kiwi version,) out during the holiday sales, so my son would not have to deal with the literal headache the original strap inflicts, and he could actually enjoy Christmas with his new toy. This head strap is very comfortable, and distributes the weight of the Meta Quest 2 quite well. Once adjusted properly, you do not worry about the headset falling off, you do not get headaches, and the weight is no longer on your face. Your head will get a bit hot after wearing it for a while (we remedy this with a properly directed fan), but at least you do not have to endure pain to play your game. If you are looking for something to replace the cheap, shoddy, torture device Meta sends out with their system, you will be pleased with this Yoges head strap.

I would have given this 5 stars but I had a couple of issues so I deducted one star for those. They are minor issues that would not prevent me from buying this strap again but hopefully, the manufacturer will read this and take the issues under consideration when they design any future models. The issues I had were one, the directions were a little complicated and it took me a few minutes to get the strap put together and on my head correctly. I couldn't figure out how to attach the top strap (over or under the sides?) Two, the strap was more comfortable than the one that came with the Oculus but not as tight as I would have liked and I was still able to see light around the bottom (over my nose). I did purchase a sweat band to wear underneath the Oculus and now I have a nice tight fit (the sweat band also keeps me from getting too hot so that issue worked out in the end. Three, the strap does not fit inside any of the Oculus carrying cases. It is wider than most other 3rd party straps and after trying all the different 3rd party cases, I gave up and found a nice sized box and lined it with felt to protect the Oculus. I am hoping the strap manufacturer will come out with a carrying case that the strap will fit inside of. Fourth, I bought extra batteries to use when I am playing but when I plug them into the strap nothing happens except the battery falls off. I still have not figured out any work around for this problem so I have to stop playing and plug the Oculus up to a power source to restore battery life. Like I said, all minor issues that don't reduce the quality of the strap and it is still better than all the other straps I tried.
