I just received this. It seems sturdy enough, and the design is nice. I chose to get this cushion, however, because it specifically stated on the product page that it was a cotton cover and stuffed with buckwheat hulls. The information that came with the cushion, though, states repeatedly that it's stuffed with polyester. Had I known that I would not have ordered this product. That might be a minor issue for a lot of people, but it's a major one for me - I specifically chose what I thought was a buckwheat-stuffed cushion for a reason, and I feel quite strongly that your product information should be accurate. In my yoga teacher training classes in which we would sit (mostly) for 3 hours I would have a lot of hip pain trying to sit cross legged. Though raising my hips with a yoga block helped ease the pressure, it certainly wasn't comfortable. This zafu is the perfect height and density to sit through hours of class or for a meditation practice. My mom loved mine so much she got one in her favorite color! It came with me on my retreat to Kripalu and to every class I attend! now I'm just on a mission to find a yoga bag to carry it along with my blanket and mat! ... show more

Best Zafu ever!!! Totally supports my body, lets my sacrum sink down so proper meditative alignment is achieved. Bought two 16". I am hoping more 16" come in so I can buy some more colors. I am average size woman 5'5" and the 16" is perfect. That being said the 13" must be for children and very small women. ... show more

I had always wondered why lotus position seemed uncomfortable to me, until I realized that you're supposed to use a cushion for proper posture and spinal alignment. Wow - what a difference! This Peace Yoga cushion is awesome – well-made, just the right amount of firmness, and it looks attractive sitting on my armchair when not in use. I absolutely love the Metatron's cube/icosahedron design and all of my friends have been raving about it, which is saying something, considering people don't generally get very excited over a cushion. Sure it looks like it’s going to be a cute meditation pillow but it’s absolutely not functional. When it arrives it was Missing 1/3 of it filling. The manufacturing cushion company provided information with order that requested you contact them first before contacting Amazon. Due to the pandemic The office was closed period I contacted Amazon and asked them to send a new cushion hoping that it would have more filling. Nope! I was provided the exact same quality of product missing 1/3 of filling. Because I really like the design and colour I kept it. I sit 1 hour a day in meditation- it was like sitting on a beanbag with filling that shifted constantly and no back / hip support. had to purchase 2 additional lbs of buckwheat hulls to fill it up so that it is firm. & filles entirely. Disappointing and super low quality. Now it shows the seams are poorly sewed & going to bust with the proper amount of filling :( I’ve purchased the product and invested $45 for cushion & $20 For more buckwheat hulls and shipping. Now it seems to be functional but the seems are breaking:/ This Has turned out to be a losing investment!!! Total price so far is $65 ..... LESSON: For this price just buy yourself a higher quality cushion to begin with!!! 🤦🏾♀️ SMH ... show more

    • New to meditation, but not new to comfort...GREAT CUSHION
This year I promised myself that I'd start to meditate. It took me a couple of months, but I finally started to meditate. And, it kind of sucked sitting on the floor on in a chair... So, I ordered this pillow thing made of buckwheat. Let me start off by saying that it's AWESOME! I'm not a huge person, but I've got a bit of a butt. So, the 16" fit perfectly. After a couple of days figuring out how to sit and meditate on this pillow...I just love it. It's perfect for me. It's well made and my wife thought is was pretty cool.     • Great design, not so great execution.
I loved this design and specifically chose it for the removable cover and buckwheat hull filling. Unfortunately, upon washing the cover for the first time I discovered 2 major issues. 1. The cover shrunk even though it washed on the delicate setting and in cold water. So now it fits too snugly around the inner cushion to be comfortable. 2. Both the outer cover and the inner cushion are sewn with very large, straight stitches without serged or otherwise reinforced seams. This makes both of them very flimsy feeling. I was afraid the buckwheat hulls might fallout of the cushion because the stitches are about the same size as the hulls. I will likely reinforce the inner cushion stitches myself at some point and sew or order a new cover. ... show more

This is perfect. I got the grey geometric design. It has the perfect amount of stability to support me during medication and spell work. I have chronic joint pain, and this is the perfect level of comfort and support for me. It is extremely well made, and super easy to clean. Dog and cat hair does not stick to it, magically.
