It works not much else to know. Your magneto cover WILL leak its inevitable. A new gasket wont cure that either. THIS is why it fails. Install this part then seal your cover with silicone gasket sealant. The gray Permatex RTV Silicone sealant matches your engine color so use it on the outside as well as the seal. Final note. The little brown plug that your wires go through will not keep out moisture so seal that area with the silicone sealant as well to keep your magneto coil from rotting. ... show more

This ignition actually works like it should as I've been doing these for around 6 years now almost 20 bikes later. Don't waste money in the pricy performance ignition gimmicks. Use this one, you don't even have to snip the white wire just plug it in with the white all together. Trust me use this one

Haven't rode the bike yet with the new CDI and magneto but the bike does Kickstart first try now as to with stock it would not Kickstart at all fit spark plug well and has noticeably better response than stock. Will update after first ride.

PEXMOR's motor kit had a faulty CDI and magneto and they're trying to stall me past the A-Z warranty period. Thankfully, these guys (YOFMOO) overnighted (two-day) a set to me and my motor runs now. Thanks YOFMOO.

    • Amazon sells junk bicycle parys
This is the 3rd or forth junk item I've received in a row. It tested good out of the package. It was at 333 amps. I installed it and it dropped down to 316, which will not start my bike. I'm pretty sure this is the 4th magneto or CDI that I've purchased and they've all been junk I'm done with Amazon I'm pulling my prime membership and I'm never going to buy from them again ... show more

Spark plug cap on CDI not like the one shown in the picture. Which is why I bought this one instead of some of the others. This came with a much cheaper quality plug cap if that makes a difference to you. Haven’t tried it out yet to see if it works. Thinking about returning it just because I wanted the better style cap. Also the stator does include the white wire also not shown in the Amazon ad. I post pics of what I received. You don’t really need the white wire unless you’re trying to run lights of the motor which is usually a bad idea. Just saying the one I received Did have the white wire on the stater if that makes a difference to you. ... show more
