Compared it to the one that I pulled out they are absolutely identical to factory part. Extremely easy to install. In 5 minutes my misfire was gone. I figured it was the coil pack instead of the spark plugs because my friend took it out for me once before and found that one of the springs inside the coil pack was not maintaining its integrity with the spark plug. The misfiring got better once he straightened it out and after a period of time it got a lot worse so when I replaced the coil pack just now, misfires and rough idle are gone! AutoZone wanted a 120 to $160, save yourself a hundred bucks and buy this! ... show more

    • More engine issues solved
Had been having engine issue for a while but just could not figure out what the issue was. I was finally suggested that ignition coil was failing. After purchasing this item and getting it delivered at home. went out to the car and took out the old one and installed the new one. Before installing the new one compared it to the old one. Discovered that the boots were all cracked and the inside of the boots where it connected to the spark plug looked bad. After installing the new one it was a few days of waiting for the engine to hick up but it never did. The engine runs very smooth now. The biggest thing is that the mileage has gone up too.     • Works great!
Got the P0304 code on my 2014 Chevy Sonic after about 80,000 miles, and it happened after I fueled up, started the engine, and noticed the engine was sputtering and the check engine light was on. I did some research and found that this is a misfire on cylinder 4, and that this is usually caused by a faulty coil pack. I got under the hood, removed the pack, and, sure enough, the contacts and springs were corroded and turning green to various degrees. Replaced the spark plugs with OEM AC Delcos and this coil pack, and it's been running smooth since. This appears to be a true OEM part from what I could tell with the branding on the top, as it matched the worn part I removed that was installed when I bought the car new. ... show more

Needed a new coil pack as original one had developed a small pin hole crack causing it to arc to the head making cylinder 3 misfire. Been in 2 weeks now with no problems.

Bought this to replace the coil on my Chevy Cruze due to surging when accelerating and unstable idle conditions. Boots come pre coated with anti corrosion ointment and springs in the boots are nice and centered. Great factory replacement, just make sure the springs inside the boots are straight before installing!
