I like the comfort,and the color is neutral,I love the heat in the lower back,really nice on cool mornings and after a day of work on your feet.im 55 and have back issues,so this chair is a big help.i love that it rises up to a standing position and lays back for a nap if you want it that far back. The vibration massage has different levels as does the heat. All and all I'm satisfied for now,considering the price is fair. I will get another one when taxes roll around.This one is perfect for my husband and he's looking forward to getting it. If you an average height with an average behind! Buy this chair. Not working after 10 uses. No response from company. Out of Amazon return time. Finally heard from the company and they sent a part that fixed the chair.

    • Bad conections
I am up to around 8 times that I had to unplug the power connection wire and plug it back in to get the chair working again after it goes dead.

I thought with the weight limit over 300 on this chair the seat would be wider. A larger person fits pretty tight. Other than that, a good purchase for the price. Update: One major improvement could be made. We lost our electric the other night. There isn't a way to put the legs down without electric. Could use a manually handle or battery backup.     • Bad Product. Even worse customer service!
I received and assembled this recliner in hopes that it would be helpful to my 91 year- old mother. In spite of having some previous furniture assembly experience I found the recliner difficult to assemble. The arms attach easily but not very securely. The back assembly was more troublesome. The massage function (which is really just vibrations) was too loud to be relaxing. I requested and received return approval from Amazon on the same day the recliner arrived after spending a few hours trying to get it to assemble and perform satisfactorily. The seller, Yodolla, and their customer service representative, Stella, refused to send me prepaid return postage unless I provided video/photos of the assembled chair. This forced me to unpackage and reassemble the recliner a second time. Once receiving the video and photos Stella said the problems were my fault for not properly assembling the chair in her opinion. I replied that if a reasonable person could not on 2 different attempts properly assemble the recliner then that illustrates another problem with the product. As a result, I have been stuck for the past 3 weeks with 2 large boxes in my living room containing an unwanted $399.99 recliner. I even offered to pay again the $49.99 shipping charge that I paid to receive the chair in order to return it. Yodolla and Stella refused that offer which leaves me in the position of potentially paying over $200 to return a $400 chair with no guarantee that Yodolla will refund the purchase price. In short, the chair is less than advertised and the customer service is more interested in forcing you to keep their inferior and unwanted product than assisting you in returning it for a refund! ... show more

I ordered this chair because it stated big and tall , it is nor for a big and tall person . My husband is 6'4" and it sure isn't long enough for his legs , isn't very wide either . We kept it because he was in need of it . If you need a big and tall this isn't the one to buy .
