Easy installation, look like what you would expect. Word of caution open in well ventilated room chemical smell when first open so strong I could practically taste it.

    • Not really 5x8. Straight edges in doubt. Slippery.
The length of the rug is 8 ft. The width is about 4' 1/2 in. It arrived in an airtight bag that squished it down real tight so when first laying it out it's got a lot of creases and the edges are impossible to straighten out. NOTE: it is recommended to leave it out for 48 hours so it can settle, so we'll see about that. Finally, it's VERY slippery due to the fibers that were used to manufacture it. That could be more of a deal breaker than the size and current appearance. I'm going to wait a few days to see if things improve so there will be an update to this review coming. UPDATE: 02/27. The appearance did improve noticeably, however not all of the edges are straight. One section is bent in a little bit pushing the rug up in front of it a little bit. My stocking feet slip on it when I walk. I decided it was going to be returned not meeting my expectations. Unfortunately the Amazon product label was discarded in error so I'm stuck with it.
