The bed itself is nice but the picture is different from the actual bed. It doesn’t come with the mental bracket that your mattress sits on top of it comes with wood planks which is disappointing because that’s was the sole reason for me purchasing this specific bed.

Easy to read instructions. All of the pieces were clearly marked with even some extra pieces for the just in case. The bed frame is truly noiseless. The frame was true to size as I got to e king size. I love this bed it looks so elegant.

We specifically chose this bed because my son wanted a new bed frame with built-in LED lights, and the listing clearly gave the impression that the lights were embedded into the frame. This is incorrect. The lights are nothing more than a cheap adhesive strip that must be plugged in externally which is not shown or indicated in the product description or photos. The listing misleads customers into believing the lighting is integrated, when it absolutely is not. I contacted the seller about this issue as it possibly could have been fine HOWEVER the adhesive won’t stick! Their response was to offer a $10 refund which doesn’t cover the cost of a proper replacement or address the deceptive nature of this listing when it www a very expensive bed frame for what it is (over $300).

Would’ve been great but the main support poles under the bed didn’t have the holes drilled correctly so the bed could sit properly. I’m gonna have to DIY some support down there so the middle doesn’t eventually cave. The bed is also a little complicated to put together but other than that it’s a nice bed frame.

It didn't come with instructions. I had to contact Amazon and they got me in contact with the manufacturer. I sat on the phone for over 45 minutes and was told the directions would be emailed within another 45 minutes. When the instructions came they were not for my bed but a different one completely. I had to call and restart the processand finally got the right instructions. The directions said it would take 2 hours to assemble, but after all of the delays it turned into 5 hours. It's beautiful now that it's up bit the process left a bitter taste in my mouth.
