If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not be fooled by the price of $188.00 dollars I will say it is a beautiful tree. The most horrible thing about the tree is that I did not get the transformer that makes the tree pre-lit and I did not get the remote control that was supposed to go with it. Mind you I bought this tree in September. I called the company.YITAHOME only to be told that they no longer have the parts that were needed that I paid for was not in stock?!?! What do you mean it’s not in stock it’s the Christmas season?! They offered me little to no apology and kept passing the buck to the next person they sent me on a wild goose chase that ended up being the same result no parts for the Christmas tree. Buyer beware!!!!!!!!! I cannot stress that enough do not buy a tree from this company no matter how much the price entices you. In the end I found out that. YITAHOME would not be sending me any of the parts that should have been in my box to begin with. I want to tell anyone and everyone that not to use this brand. Also, it is not a prime item. It is sold through a third-party seller that’s where you run into problems be very, very careful. I could show a picture, but why I have nothing on it because it’s not lit because I don’t have the parts that I need I will never ever again use this company for anything. If I see their name I will not buy it no matter how much I like something that they have. Instead, they left it on Amazon‘s shoulders to take care of their mistake. Amazon was nice enough to contact another vendor that made a similar tree with the same part that was needed for the tree that did not come with a part and they were nice enough to send the part to me. parts should be labeled A, B,, C so iit would be easier to assemble.Also it says prelit but lights come in a bag and hard to figure out how to put in tree! My tree is beautiful after I finally got it put together

Fast shipping! It looks okay, the base part is a bit sparse as you can see from the pic, that is the tree bare of decorations. Middle and top part looks more fuller. I think you can work around that with decorations if you don’t mind that gaps. If you want a full tree though, this is something you want to consider. It is very easy and straightforward to put up. It will be a bit messy so try to line the bottom part for easy cleaning after. This is a 6 foot tree which is just right for my home. I’ll post pics again when I finish decorations to see how the gaps will look after.😊 ... show more
