I used silicon mats over the baking sheet, so I can't bear witness to whether their non-stick feature is genuinely non-stick. My old cookie sheets are 45-years old! As described in the title...I could hear a warping sound some time after I put the tray into the heated oven. I wonder if this is a common thing with baking sheets. These pans look so nice, but looks can be deceiving! After reading reviews I thought these were going to be great pans to replace my old ones with, I was wrong. These warp when placed in the oven at any heat, not just high heats. They warped at a “warming” temperature even. They do pop back to shape once out of the oven. Just very frustrating. Search elsewhere if you don’t want your pans to warp and pop your food all over your oven. ... show more

These pans are a great weight. One reviewer said they were thin but I found the pans to be very sturdy and substantial. Although I only used the small pan in the oven, there was no warping from the heat. The cleanup is super. Glad I made the purchase!!
