I would not call it "massage", it's only vibrating! It is far from the authentic massage that other recliners have, but you will pay about twice the price to have an authentic massage chair. The rest is as it is described. Comfortable, and easy to assemble (except for some of the small parts).

I had to have open heart surgery and it was highly recommended to get a recliner for the house. It is very difficult to sleep laying down after surgery and a recliner is a perfect place to put your feet up and relax, especially when it helps you get in and out of the chair. And just for the record I am 54 years old. After surgery I couldn't even get up on my own. Having this recliner that basically helped you get up from it was a godsend. It was comfortable kept my feet up nicely and was easy to sleep in. It also has a heating feature and a massage feature which I used a few times as well. Now that I don't need the chair every single day my family fights to use it. It's a great value for the price compared to the prices I was seeing for other chairs online. Purchased after many hours of research for a lift recliner. It arrived within a week. The first time I sat in the chair my body said thank you. It's a very firm chair and in the upright position is not low to the floor. I'm 6' tall with knee problems and have difficulty getting up and down. The motor is a little louder than expected but that's ok. The only issue I have is that the green light on the remote stays illuminated and only goes off if you unplug it, I guess that's why they suggest you unplug when not in use🤔. ... show more
