We're not really sure what all is in his genetics but he is huge. And he's floppy. It's all plastic so easy to clean with a hose. Pretty light, so easy to move around until the pooch decides where he will most like it to be. There's no insulation, but if you put a good bed, or some couch foam and blankets in there, it's cozy. The pooch kicks in his sleep so he's already kicked out one side, despite the anchor tabs being clicked in where they belong. I also mentioned the floppy thing, he flops everywhere, and he is still a puppy so it's taking a beating lol and so far all he's managed to do is dislodge that one tab. Reasonable price for the size of the house. And easy to put together if you follow the instructions and have a power screwdriver. Please don't try to use the little screwdriver they provide. You'll be there for hours.

My frenchie gets cold in the house whenever the AC comes on and he never keeps blankets on. We bought him a burrow bed before but he ripped it up so getting him this small house seemed like the perfect idea! Delivery said it was going to get here in a week but came in 2 days instead so I was happy about that. My son and his girlfriend put it together pretty easily but once it was done, my frenchie was very suspicious of it. I think he felt like we were going to lock him inside or something. He wouldn’t go in the entire day. The next morning, he finally went in, sniffed around and got comfy. It’s made well for the price, seems like it will be easy to wipe off but it’s pretty dark inside and I kind of wish the roof could come off easily to clean it but seeing as this was made primarily for outdoor use, I could see why it doesn’t. We don’t intend to use it outside and we plan to decorate it with dog friendly decorations around the holidays! Great lil house but if you have a small, taller dog, I would size up.

It is huge. Won’t fit thru the door to take it outside though. I am a woman and I only needed help with the floor. It comes w a screw driver that is nice. It doesn’t seem extremely durable but it would be good enough for a dog. I bought it for a pig so fingers crossed it’ll hold up.

It was easy to put together. It's spacious enough for my mom's 3 small dogs to sleep inside at the same time. But after everything was assembled and properly tightened, there's still obvious cracks between roof pieces where rainwater would leak in. It's "water resistant" in the same way that holding your coat overhead to dash through rain to your car is "water resistant". I set the house inside a porch alcove that has a solid roof over it, so it's fine for what I need. But don't put this in the yard without adding a tarp or waterproof caulking.

Read some comments on how easy it is to put together. Was not easy at all. In theory it should be easy because all your doing is snapping pieces together and then putting in some screws but the plastic pieces were a little warped out of the box so I would snap in one side and the other would pop back out. Extremely frustrating. After getting it together it does look nice and I was surprised by how big it is. I bought the 41". I'm happy that my dog is happy with it.

I’m actually using this as a shelter for our outdoor tortoises. It sits down on the ground so they can get into it easily. Tortoises like to be under things, usually burrowing into the ground. With the ground here being quite hard we provide them places to hide. This is worked out quite well. It’s easy to put together, but it’s easier with two people. Since it all screws together it’s quite easy to pick up and carry around. We’re very happy with the sturdy mess of it. I recommend it

I love love love it! It's the perfect size for my 8# tortoise and the ramp makes it easy for him to get in and out. It hasn't rained yet so I can't speak to whether it leaks, but it looks like it's going to be fine. It was easy to put together and not heavy at all. Perfect!
