My Maltipoo, Seven got his new dog house. He is a little reluctant because of the size and it being a new item. My friend told me that he could also smell the plastic and it’s a new smell for him so he may be cautious. Nonetheless, I think it will grow on him. Second, when putting this together, consider an electric drill. The package comes with a screw driver and screws, but it’s challenging to drill them in without a drill. Third, I suggest to follow the exact directions starting with the roof and then the panels on the sides. This will be easier to frame and insert the slots for drilling. Lastly, this dog house took me about 30 minutes to put together and I’m totally pleased!!!

Over all a well thought out, relatively easy to assemble, decent dog house! My compliments to the person(s) that thought about the design and bottom support of the dog house. For the money, the dog house is worth it. Using this for our cat on the front covered patio to get out of the weather when necessary. Having lived in multiple states across the US, this in not a dog house I would leave in direct sun light all day long. Also, not a winter dog house by any means. Put the dog house in a shaded or predominately shaded area and it should be fine. By the same token, very impressed with the overall product!

This was easy to assemble and it’s perfect for our needs. We added it to our dog palace (ha ha) and it’s perfect! Our two small dogs can go in together and hang out if they want to be in the sun. Haven’t used it in winter yet, but they’ve enjoyed it in the summer. It’s large and roomy - I like that it had stakes to keep it in place, but we added bigger ones just because it’s so windy here. I would recommend!

It was a little more difficult to put together than I would have liked. Not because it's hard, just bc it's kinda flimsy so things don't stay put as you need to move it around. That said, I also put it together outside and in the rain. (I didn't think it would fit through my door once assembled, and I didn't want to take the chance. That's why I did it outside. Critiques. I wish the vents had the option to close. I wish there was a door that was made specifically for it. I wish it had one of those circle things that desks have to put cords through bc I have an outdoor heating pad to put in this. Pet: using this for my female RES turtle. She's about a foot long. The opening was perfect for her to fit through.

This is truly so cute and small enough for my little dog and the little backyard. a lot of other houses I was looking at definitely was way too big for the size of our yard and too big for my little dog. she often only needs one to stay outside for a few hours while we are at work. other than that she stays inside so we just wanted something nice for her to stay in. this little house is my favorite find after so many months of searching. such a great price as well!

A great find in the mist of many dog houses. Easy to build, and looks to be of good standing. So far it's sturdy. It went through a pretty rough storm with heavy rain and strong winds.

Pretty simple to set up. And it looks like it covers appropriately to keep out rain. I got this a few weeks ago and haven't tried it in the rain since it's summer. I think it will still do well though.
