This was easy to install. Took me a while. But I realized a mistake after setup was the railings have to be facing outward where you can slide the drawers out or towards you. Do this check before putting the top table together. If you forget or get in this situation just loosen the screws connecting to the bottom shelf (G). Then remove the top (F) and middle shelf (F) and sort it. Then rescrew bottom shelf back. And the other issue I have about fabric dressers in general is the various handles that are used. This product in particular handles installation is hard due to the screws are not stable enough to hold and screw. Also, you have to force the screw into the handle. ... show more

If product arrives without damage, it's fine and works as expected. If product arrives damaged you're just screwed apparently. Ordered 2 of these recently, one came undamaged and works fine. The other arrived damaged, metal bent on multiple different pieces to the extent that I can't even put the entire thing together (tried rubber mallet to fix the bent metal, even that didn't work). I request a refund and the company wants me to send back the half built unit before issuing a refund. But how do I even send back a half built unit like this through the mail? I have no way of returning the broken merchandise, so apparently I am just screwed out of my money. Terrible company to deal with, mediocre product at best and completely useless product at worst. I will never buy anything from this company again unless they refund this item for me; and honestly, given how much of a hassle this has been, even if I get a refund I'll think twice before giving this company another chance. Just a terrible experience overall, honestly. Avoid this company if at all possible, they'll do nothing but disappoint you ... show more
