I absolutely love the chair now that it's assembled! Building it on my own was a bit challenging, but the comfort makes up for it. However, after putting it together, some of the wiring started to unravel. Overall, it's a great chair, with just a few minor issues to note.

First and foremost, I have to say the Best Choice Products Ivory Relaxing Chair is a far superior product for the exact same price. The YITAHOME egg chair isn't bad, but I've got some issues with it. First and foremost, the screws are way too long, and they stick out. They provide caps to cover the screws, but the caps don't match, and worse, they won't stay on. I'm irritated by the screws because it looks tacky. I know why they made the screws too long; the chair isn't exactly symmetrical when you put it together. You have to put in the long screws and strenuously tighten them to basically force the chair to come together. Additionally, I bought this chair for indoors. The gray pillows that come with this chair are definitely waterproof outdoor pillows, and they are uncomfortable; they feel kind of like sandpaper. If you want to use this chair inside, you'll want to go to a home goods store and get your own throw pillows (which can be a significant added expense). Overall, I'd say it's not a bad chair. If it weren't for the screws, I'd be much happier. That being said, if you want an indoor egg chair, a much more affordable (since you don't need to buy new pillows) and more attractive solution is the Best Choice Products Ivory Relaxing Chair. ... show more

I have been looking for an Egg chair for quiet sometime now and I took a chance and ordered one from Amazon. Figured why not, I order everything else under the sun from them, why not a giant chair. WELL It does not disappoint. Putting it together took a bit of time and I didn't get the little caps that go on the end of the Very long screws ( not sure why they have to be 4" long, but hey who am I). It took me a little over an hour by myself and I have to say that it is a very comfortable chair. The cushions are thick enough and it is big enough to curl up and read a good book. Thought I’d leave a review because I wish there had been one for me to read. I don’t regret my purchase. I fell in love with a similar chair with a price tag of $600, so I was excited to find one the same size for less. I put it together myself in about 40-45 minutes, instructions are picture only but were easy to follow, the cushions are waterproof and rain just beads right off them. I love having the extra ottoman piece to prop my feet. My husband and I can both sit in it together if we wanted to. The bottom of the structure seems a lot more secure than the top egg piece, but over all it’s still a sturdy piece. I’ve been enjoying mine for hours at a time all hours of the day. ... show more

It was so easy to put together. I love the size and value. Most chairs of this kind cost $400-$500 and don’t have an ottoman. I also am so excited about how mine has been decorated. I do wish that all of the cushions were tie on but honestly that’s not a huge deal as they really don’t slide around much. I would definitely recommend this chair!!! ... show more
