Set up was easy, but I will provide some tips for a quicker process: Read the instructions in its entirety first. Organize the parts. Use a drill. Already have in mind how you want it to sit before applying lights. The reinforcement for the lights are rubber/silicone lights so they do shift around when screwing in so be careful as the holes may not catch the screw. Make sure the infrared light attachment is visible in order to use remote. Seems very sturdy for my 50 inch TV on a stand. Worth the cost. The size is just right for what I needed. ... show more

I'm a bit older and slower nowadays, and putting this together from box opening and sorting parts, to "I'm done" took about 90 minutes. The last 20-30 were spent trying to attach the LED brackets and realizing that both of my screwdrivers were too long. You really do need to adhere and bracket them to the long, narrow sections before assembling the compartment completely. It is definitely nice to look at, HOWEVER, I'm a little disappointed in the overall height of the piece. I know the measurements SAY 19" but the PHOTOS make it look deceptively taller than it is in reality. ... show more

Product was super easy to put together if you followed the directions. The pieces come labeled and clear description and images on how to put it together. I’m not sure why anybody is complaining about the stand all pieces came with it, none came broke, and i even got an instruction manual. Don’t believe bad reviews 🙄 ... show more

The LED lights came down after an hour of being put on. It seems once they get warm or hot from being on, they would fall off. I put them back on, turned them off and they remained stuck to the boards. Later that night, I turned them back on, and within 30 minutes, they were back on the bottom of the shelf. The product is exactly what is pictured. It's made of MDF (micro density fiber-board aka partical board), so while it is light-weight, it's also not super high end construction (although not poor quality either). Instructions were simple enough to understand. Just be mindful of parts meant to be the top/bottom, as the LOOK the same, but the tops have tiny holes used for mounting wiring for the RGB LED lights. Took about an hour or so to put together fully (with proper tools and being handy with tools). The remote/app for the RGB lights works as intended, but he aware it takes a few minutes for the app to fully sync to the lights before it will operate them. Had to wait a few minutes after syncing before the app worked, which lead me to believe the app wasn't working.. just give it 5 minutes and it should be good to go! Overall, you get exactly what you pay for with this product. If you like the look of it, and don't mind taking care of assembly, it's a solid product perfect for a home theater/gaming setup! ... show more
