This storage box holds way more than I expected—we fit pool supplies, outdoor cushions, and still had room left. It was pretty easy to put together, and once assembled it feels sturdy, not flimsy. The lid opens smoothly and stays up, which is nice when you’re grabbing things. We’ve had it outside and everything inside has stayed dry so far. Definitely worth it for keeping things organized.

We purchased the 150 gal white storage container. When I was unpacking the pieces and taking them back to my deck, I was happy with the double sided thickness. The panels were sturdy, and did not bow or warp at all as handled. So far so good. Got out the directions. They were total crap! Barely indicated what you had to do. Just basic pictures. But screws all fit, no hardware missing. Even included a cheap screwdriver. Now came the fun part. Under the cautionary statement on the first page, it says “align the holes before assembly and snap into place (the tabs) with a slight tap”. My hubby is a 44 year career engineer, and had issues. The directions say “note that the front and back of part D, which is the bottom piece, are different, so pay close attention during installation “. Well, the piece is clearly marked “inside “ but we could tell no difference at all in the front or back edge. We finally took a shot and lined it up so you could read the word “inside” as you would open the lid. We guessed correctly! Then, we started tapping the tabs into the slots . Well, we tried. A couple popped right in, but with way more than a “slight tap”. After cracking a couple tabs, we stepped back and looked over the situation because I was aggravated that the tabs were breaking. At my suggestion, we flipped the box over, and tried tapping in the tabs from the BOTTOM of the box! Worked perfectly! No more broken ones. I was so miffed that I would have sent it back at this point, except we damaged it assembling, and those good ‘ole directions say that “once installed, the product cannot be detached”. Oh, great. So all in all, we have a very sturdy box, assembled, with some cracked tabs that don’t seem to be much of an issue, yet, that looks very nice. But they absolutely have to do something about improving the directions, like adding WRITTEN instructions and tips on better assembly procedures! I despise following assembly to the letter and damaging the product in the process! Ridiculous For what we paid!

I bought this for outdoor storage for my kids’ toys, and it has been perfect. The directions were simple to follow, so assembly was quick and easy. It holds much more than I expected, and even after sitting outside all winter with items inside, everything stayed dry so no water in the bottom at all. The item itself is very lightweight and easy to move around on our deck.

This review is for the item listed as, "YITAHOME 90 Gallon Large Deck Box, Double-Wall Resin Outdoor Storage Boxes, Deck Storage for Patio Furniture, Cushions, Pool Float, Garden Tools, Lockable & Waterproof (White)." I ordered a white one and got an ugly gray one. I had assigned the task of unpacking and assembling it to two other people and did not know it was the wrong color until they came to me with assembly issues. The struts screw onto the lid with 4 screws in the backplate but two of the screw holes are directly behind the strut and cannot be accessed. And the hinges are made of PLASTIC! The instructions are mostly pictures and are fantastic and easy to follow but they assigned numbers to everything but did not put numbers on anything so you are constantly flipping to the front of the manual to figure out what they are referring to. Now I have to decide between spending the time and money to paint this or taking it apart and hauling it to UPS for a return. This took 10 minutes to unpack, another 10 to read the manual and figure out the parts, and another 20 to put it together. It came with a nice little screwdriver but we used the drill motor. There is one nut that needs a wrench. It is metric so we used the crescent wrench. The 20 minutes included time to get the tools. Had to jerry-rig a special tool to get to the screws behind the strut.

This is a great box and heavy duty but it did not hold up to serious Texas summer heat. the installation instructions were not great but I figured it out. It is nice and big and held all of the cushions for the furniture nicely. this box it mainly in the shade all day but the top warped in a matter of a few weeks from the heat and it no longer shuts completely - there is an inch or 2 on each side where the lid has warped. the rest of the box is fine. it still keeps the rain out and my cushions stay dry but it is mostly under the eaves of the roof so I am not sure how it would work if not covered at all. if you do not get 100 degree days, this would probably not be a problem but it was a lot to pay for something that warped immediately.

Easy to assemble. Even though i grumbled , thinking i couldn't do it because it's hard to manage the large pieces... It was actually very easy. So far so good as for as durability. I've loaded it up with the unsightly patio items and patio looks a lot better.
