I am a licensed Professional Engineer and consider myself reasonably handy, but found this shed to be difficult to assemble (instructions sometimes do not match parts, and sections of the instructions like the door reinforcements are entirely missing); poorly designed (roof water drainage will flow directly under the edge bracket and into the plastic structure), and illogical (the last instruction set for anchor bolts requires lifting of the entire concrete foundation or wood platform). The construction seems flimsy and not designed to resist wind or snow, and I am quite concerned that the roof will not hold up under our typical snow load. If you live in the Sunbelt and have no snow, and enjoy spending hours puzzling through incorrect instructions that don't match parts, you may be OK. The shed appearance, once assembled, is reasonably nice. If you have purchased this shed already, between the written instructions and video, you can probably figure out how to assemble it (the written instructions and video are not consistent.) You will definitely want to have a level concrete, or level 2x4 / plywood base. When I called customer service with a question, the 877-number did not work. When I communicated via chat, they said that any issues (missing parts) need to be addressed via Amazon. I am requesting missing / defective parts be provided. Overall, I would not purchase this again.

We got this to store our outdoor Christmas displays in,although I wish I would've got a larger one. Its very pretty on our property,and fairly well made.Has withstand some pretty heavy downpours of rain,and some very gusty winds so far. I recommend this it's a great value for the price.Hubby said the instructions needs improvement and better explanation/ pictures tho.

First thing, this is made of paper thin double wall platic..cheap as cheap can be. Then the instructions are missing steps, I found a video that has some info, but not complete....it took me 13 hrs by nyself to assemble, and it's crap! NOT worth 1100.00, complete and total rip off! Did i say cheap? If you go to home depot and spend 1100.00 you will get a better product...DO NOT BUY!

I moved my stuff out of a storage unit into this. Very affordable compared to what's out there. Seems very sturdy at this point. The huge downfall is the directions. They are brutal. Watched videos on it. They could do better with the directions explain it. I am mechanically inclined. I do a lot of this stuff And a lot of the Parts pieces just didn't make sense until you played with it for an extra.

There are video instructions as well as a booklet with pictures that comes with the shed pieces. They do not match up as far as sequence of installation. We had 2 small pieces missing and the only way we could get these parts was to have an entire shed shipped to us (3 boxes over 100 lbs each) and then had to dig through the boxes for those parts and put them back together to return. So is someone else getting a shed with 2 missing parts? My husband had to redrill several metal pieces whose holes did not line up. Plastic floor is very thin and when we used a stepladder to complete one of the processes we found that the legs broke thru the floor. Only way to fix now is to install some plywood over floor to prevent further problems. Definitely would not recommend this product. Amazon was wonderful in how they have handled our problems so far. Time will tell if this product will hold up to the weather in our area.

El material es fuerte pero no es indestructible tuve que hacerle una base de cemento y además tuve que hacerle unos cimientos de madera de 4 * 4 y hacer un encofrado dentro de la estructura la instalación fue complicada a pesar de que tengo algo de experiencia

The quality of this outdoor shed is Not good enough to be advertise as. OUTDOOR I’m really good at building things. this time the description and directions are really confusing the quality of it it’s not as strong as it looks Really cheap material, Not Worth it. Do your self a favor. Go to Costco and pay the price for a real OUTDOOR SHED

Shed is nice but instructions could be better. Tough to line everything up perfect and roof cap is a pain in the butt. I do like it still and looks good.
