I received my 8x10 outdoor shed, I opened the box and found damaged panels and bent metal parts. Instructions are horrible need an engineering technician to understand, half of my parts were not properly labeled so I tried to look at the online video but you have like 4 guys working on this at a high speed so it’s really hard to follow. You need more than two people if you’re outside trying to put this together. I still don’t have it together, still trying to figure out what parts belong where, what a headache this is. also missing parts. On my 3rd day now, just have my wife as a helper, definitely need about 3 to 4 people as shown in the fast pace video. what a nightmare ... show more

Terrible quality with unclear directions. The labeling of the pieces makes no sense and seems smaller than advertised. Would not recommend for anyone. Also missing a some pieces.

horrible! came missing pieces, broken parts and a lot of cosmetic damage. Customer service said they don't have individual parts but they would give me $40 back.... the shed is worthless without parts. I have been fighting with them for days to get a return labels so I can get a full refund. Even if I had all the parts the quality of the Shed is crap, walls are very very easy to puncture. ... show more

Do yourself a favor and find another shed! It’s ridiculously hard to put together with about a million pieces. Half of the parts aren’t labeled and the ones that are have a tiny sticker with a five piece number on it to try and read. On top of that, half of the resin pieces are warped and don’t fit! We spent so much time on this dang shed and it still isn’t complete because the roof pieces are warped and bent. It’s a complete waste of time and money ... show more
