Poorly manufactured. It’s a steel frame and it should fit together better. The back, the last piece does not fit. The safety shock absorber and mounting knob are not at the same end. One screw snapped, three others got jammed crooked, there was not enough room to start them straight. For an “easy to assemble” piece, it’s not.

Our granddaughter lives with us and has a lot of outdoor toys like balls, bubble blowers, sand buckets, etc. We wanted a way to keep them clean and bug-free as well as serve some function and look nice doing it. This is perfect. From other reviews, I see concerns about the item being fully waterproof. It's a synthetic material woven in a wicker fashion, so water can get in the storage area. There is a fully zippable liner you put in the storage compartment. I'm not sure how waterproof that liner is, ours is set under a covered patio. But the liner keeps bugs and dirt off what's being stored, for sure. I see reports of difficulty assembling. We had no problems assembling this. All parts were present and there are extras of each hardware type. I cab see why some lesser handy folks might struggle a bit, but tad the instructions and take your time. Hint: when adding a part in the instructions, don't tighten the bolts all the way as you add them. Leave them a little loose until all the bolts in that step are started, then tighten them together. The finished product looks great and is sturdy. There is a stated weight limit. Don't let 350lb each Uncles Ed and Bobby both sit on it at the same time. Otherwise I highly recommend this storage bench!

The images of the bench in Brown shows a Dark Brown, but just FYI it is a light brown. Also, the directions are not very precise at all, so set up your pieces prior than screwing in, because the screws strip out easy because the holes are not drilled well. Other than that, it's not a bad bench for the money.

The media could not be loaded. This wicker bench exceeded my expectation. The back of the bench matches the MoistureShield composite decking, and the color of the bench goes well the dark brown Trex railings of my deck. The wicker is thick and smooth. The frame is iron/metal. The instructions were easy to follow - just need to pay attention to the position of each panel in reference to the number assigned to each panel. Each panel belongs to a specific place in the bench. The cushion is dense, and the cover is off white, and I wish it was darker. I ended up putting an old cover for a dog bed on it to keep it from getting dirty. I will look for another waterproof cushion on Amz, the size is 22"x46.5", which is an odd size. 20"x46" should work if the cushion is placed closer to the end of the bench, away from the back. The storage area is larger than I expected. It fits 2 rectangular flower pots, a few round 12" pots, covers for my lounge chairs, and still have room. The liner is real easy to install with velcro attached to the interior top part of the bench. It's nice that it has a zipper that keeps the liner closed. I'm not sure about the shock that keeps the lid open/close? When I secured it, it kept the lid open?? I removed it for now. The only thing I would change is that color of the cushion. Otherwise, it is exactly what I wanted and more.

Don’t waste your money here very crappy and flimsy product. The storage compartment is a joke. Very hard to install as nothing along right. Feels like it will fall apart if you sit on it. I would rather spend my money somewhere else.

My dogs love it! They use it as their bed on the back porch, it's relatively easy to put together. Just have to make sure you don't tighten everything down completely until all the pieces are assembled. The cushion is a great thickness! I have had multiple back surgeries and it makes for a very comfortable sit. The piston is very effective at keeping the lid open for easy access to storage space below the seat. Would definitely recommend!
