Our granddaughter lives with us and has a lot of outdoor toys like balls, bubble blowers, sand buckets, etc. We wanted a way to keep them clean and bug-free as well as serve some function and look nice doing it. This is perfect. From other reviews, I see concerns about the item being fully waterproof. It's a synthetic material woven in a wicker fashion, so water can get in the storage area. There is a fully zippable liner you put in the storage compartment. I'm not sure how waterproof that liner is, ours is set under a covered patio. But the liner keeps bugs and dirt off what's being stored, for sure. I see reports of difficulty assembling. We had no problems assembling this. All parts were present and there are extras of each hardware type. I cab see why some lesser handy folks might struggle a bit, but tad the instructions and take your time. Hint: when adding a part in the instructions, don't tighten the bolts all the way as you add them. Leave them a little loose until all the bolts in that step are started, then tighten them together. The finished product looks great and is sturdy. There is a stated weight limit. Don't let 350lb each Uncles Ed and Bobby both sit on it at the same time. Would give it 5 stars but the directions for assembly were lacking details. And the hook for the arm was in the wrong place. Disassembled and put back together only to find out that the arm was a dummy and doesn't work at all. It looks like a hydraulic arm but it doesn't move so attaching it is impossible unless you want to leave the seat open all the time. Otherwise it's a nice solid chair. Having to hold the seat up to take any thing out is slightly cumbersome but I was able to do it without assistance. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This wicker bench exceeded my expectation. The back of the bench matches the MoistureShield composite decking, and the color of the bench goes well the dark brown Trex railings of my deck. The wicker is thick and smooth. The frame is iron/metal. The instructions were easy to follow - just need to pay attention to the position of each panel in reference to the number assigned to each panel. Each panel belongs to a specific place in the bench. The cushion is dense, and the cover is off white, and I wish it was darker. I ended up putting an old cover for a dog bed on it to keep it from getting dirty. I will look for another waterproof cushion on Amz, the size is 22"x46.5", which is an odd size. 20"x46" should work if the cushion is placed closer to the end of the bench, away from the back. The storage area is larger than I expected. It fits 2 rectangular flower pots, a few round 12" pots, covers for my lounge chairs, and still have room. The liner is real easy to install with velcro attached to the interior top part of the bench. It's nice that it has a zipper that keeps the liner closed. I'm not sure about the shock that keeps the lid open/close? When I secured it, it kept the lid open?? I removed it for now. The only thing I would change is that color of the cushion. Otherwise, it is exactly what I wanted and more. ... show more

I love this bench I bought a couple of colorful pillows to go with the ones I originally bought. I needed a little back support so the small ones are perfect!! It was easy to put together - there was one hole that had not been drilled for the back - my neighbor helped with that!!

Got this to go near a pool. Looks great, ratan is holding up well. Handles pool splashes just fine, but not rain. Water gets right in and pools in the storage compartment. Kinda pointless to store pillows or floaties if you don’t want them to be covered in mold =\. Just have to tip the bench over and dump out all of the water after a rain or get a cover. ... show more

Not intended for it to sit in rain only cause whatever you put in it will get wet however to my surprise they have a waterproof nice zipper cover for the cushion and other things too Great instructions and everything labeled but we re did the bench as put it together wrong with top flap not lining up then the very last screw wouldn’t go in at all kind of a bummer as it’s the part that holds the bench open. Job is easier with your own hex set but nice of them to include ... show more
