It's confusing how many different trees are reviewed here so I specified the one I'm referring to in my title. It's easy to assemble and the lighting harness is well-designed. The instructions are quite clear. The hinged branches work well and when you fluff out the stems the tree is wonderfully full. I especially sought the handheld remote, knowing it would be much more convenient than the foot pedal control that so many other trees have. Figuring out how to make the remote line up properly with the electrical plug in order to activate light pattern choices might require a short extension cord -- you know, to bring the plug nearer to your easy chair so you don't have to stand up. :) I bought two of these trees but the other one is still wandering around shipping lanes. If for some reason it doesn't live up to this one's quality I'll modify this review. I recommend assembling the tree right away to make sure it's OK; waiting until "the season" might be too late for return. But several means of contacting the seller are provided if you need help. I've bought several pre-lit trees in the past; this one's the best of the lot. ... show more

The picture show that mode 1 and 2 are solid clear or colored instead my tree is one section is colored and another section is clear when I hit mode 2 they just switch spots it’s the ugliest thing. I just want the option of either all color or all clear ;( I’m now stuck with it the tree because I did what the instructions said and fluffed the whole tree so not sure I want to take it apart.
