    • Not sturdy and difficult to assemble
I purchased 4 of these for extra patio seating. I was thinking assembly would be putting the base onto a chair. No, it’s full assembly. After spending too much time on the first chair, I felt unsure of them and started to regret my purchase. I started to assemble second one and that’s where it went wrong. When trying to put the bottom bracket on the underside of the chair seat, I learned the pre drilled holes in the metal frame were misaligned on one side. So, only 3 of the 4 bolts would align to the bracket holes. Upon that discovery, I decided the chairs will be disassembled, boxed and returned. The other two chairs that I didn’t open yet will also be returned. They look fine, but they are not sturdy and would never last a full season of regular use. ... show more

    • The assembly instructions were not clear. If one doesn't have ingenuity won't be able to complete.
The picture on the site made the chairs appear larger. When I put it together I realized how small these chairs were. Most important, if someone doesn't have ingenuity will not be able to assemble.

    • Unclear instructions and parts not good quality
Instructions not the most clear. Some pieces did not fit we had to improvise. Not the most comfortable. Definitely thought it would be better quality for the amount of $$.
