there was one arm of chair that holes didn't align , called number given by amazon, recording said we aren't here, call another time. My husband eventually made another hole and put in a longer screw

    • Only one issue with it
The product was okay to install. I feel they could have designed the bolt holes differently to make assembly simpler. There was a manufacturing defect where they welded a table leg mohnt backwards which caused no holes to route the bolts through. Simple fix if you have a drill to drill new holes to allow mounting, just an inconvenience. Packing was great, they feel very stiff and sturdy. So far, I highly recommend. The chairs are nice and comfortable, the support team is great. I had an issue with putting one of the chairs together and had to contact the after-sales support team. They responded to my email within 24 hours, and they stayed in contact with me until my issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

For the price, the quality is just barely there. These are nice enough chairs. The quality of construction was typical and having our own tools helped with assembly. However, some bolt holes did not line up and we did have to fanegal around or devise a different method of attachment. Comfort is average. The cushions are thin. I do suspect that we will need to replace the cushions next season. Chair width is just short of what I feel is a true"oversized" chair but nonetheless there is plenty of room and chairs overall are decently comfortable. Also, minor defects, is that our table arrived with hairline cracks in the corners and a crack in one of the table top boards. ... show more

Alignment of the holes for the screws some don't match up causing the screw heads to strip out. Also the paint if peeling and scuffed up on the base. Alot of parts to put together.

    • Very nice chairs
These chairs are awesome! Really comfortable. Seems durable. Sways, glides, rotates smoothly. The only thing I wish is that the back reclined little more and it would have been perfect (hence the 4 stars). I kinda fixed it rearranging the back pillow on bottom and seat in front of that. It's better, but looks little awkward. Anyways, that doesn't spoil the comfort and functionality of the chair. Still very very nice chairs overall. ... show more
