The light isn't as bright as it looks in the pic. Def didn't attract any flies. But powerful. And the switch you push up all the way and might comes on you don't need to press the button, it stays lowered up for zapping. Be prepared to turn it off as some bug flies will stink. Lol slightly disturbing. But fun I guess if you're into that. zap! Don't expect to use the included USB C cables for anything else. They don't even support fast charging. Definitely slow charger cables. But nice they charge with any USB C charger. Pretty standard these days

This electric fly swatter has been a great buy so far! It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and surprisingly durable — I’ve used it several times and it’s holding up really well. One of the things I really like is that it doesn’t look cheap or bulky, so I don’t mind leaving it out in the open. It actually blends in pretty well with the rest of the room. The built-in bug light feature is a nice bonus — it helps attract the bugs and makes it easier to spot them, especially in the evening. Most importantly, it does exactly what it’s supposed to: it zaps bugs quickly and cleanly. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for an electric swatter that’s both functional and presentable.

It works great, especially in manual mode. Love the zapping sound it makes on mosquitoes. Have not tried it with flies yet, but my concern was disease carrying mosquitoes. The charge seems to be holding good in manual mode. My only concern is longevity of battery. It’s sealed and not replaceable, hence my rating for 4*. I’m hoping it lasts for couple years.

Excellent! I have had a few of these tennis racket style electric bug zappers over the years, they all seem to work okay, until the batteries got low. Then it appeared that many of the fruit flies and flies I was zapping were simply just stunned for a while, and got back up to annoy me again! So I opted to get this one because it has 4,000 volts, and is rechargeable, so no draining battery issues, it even has indicator lights to let you know when it's getting low and needs a recharge! Plus, you can put it on the full on mode so you don't have to hold the button down and really go to town on those pesky bugs! It sounds like a machine gun when it hits a bunch of them, a little loud but worth the noise - kills bugs dead! I haven't tried leaving it running in the stand as yet, but I do think that would work on mosquitoes. It looks sharp, made with quality, lightweight and easy to wield, the purple light is very cool looking. It's better made than the inferior ones I had before, don't cheap out just to save a few bucks, spend the extra money and get this one, you won't be disappointed! I should know that only a couple of bugs survive the electric screen, it seems some fruit flies are so small they can pass right through unscathed, but it's pretty rare. The kill ratio is very high with this one!

These things are INSANELY effective. We have two of them in the house we leave plugged in, and we often just hear "POP! POP!" from bugs just flying into it. We don't even need to do any bug zapping ourselves, it's so nice to just know they just take care of themselves. The light isn't too bright, so it's not an eyesore, or a distraction. And it's about the size of any other bug zapping tennis racket, so size isn't really an issue. Definitely worth it since you get two of them for what you would normally pay for one, and they come with little stands you can put them in to just leave them plugged in standing up. Would absolutely recommend.

The media could not be loaded. It works! I bought the 2-pack—one for my RV and one for the house. I’ve used it to kill dozens of mosquitoes, gnats, fruit flies, flies, even a carpenter bee and a lantern fly. Super effective and surprisingly strong. They came pre-charged, so you can use them right out of the box. Each includes a charging cable and a stand that holds it upright. I leave mine on in the stand, and fruit flies fly into it while I’m off doing something else. Battery life is excellent—I’ve only had to charge them once despite lots of use. Lights on the handle show battery level clearly. Safety tip: Do not touch the paddle while it’s on or IMMEDIATELY AFTER turning it off. I touched it after turning it off to remove a bug and got a zap! Very quiet until it zaps, and no real cleanup needed—bugs usually blast right off unless they’re really large. Size of the device is about 5 inches taller than a standard wine bottle. Great value and perfect gift for backyard cookouts or for people who like to camp.
