first two times I used the product (follow g directions) it was great, all juice and dry pulp. After the first two uses between the next three uses juice was getting past the strainer rim (in front of the black piece onside the clear tube) and my pulp started to come out wet. Tried to call the number on manual and nothing. It was good at first thought but it didn't last long. I still HIGHLY Recomend a cold press juicer over the other kind with a blade just not this one. It's now sitting in a corner unused until I find another to start juicing again. Until then haven’t muscled the strength to throw $50 ^ dollars in the trash

I've wanted a juicer for a while, this one happened to have a coupon and I'm so glad I gave it a chance! It is pretty good at getting all the liquid out of even the toughest fruits and veggies and can run for quite a while. For the most part, the liquid is mostly pulp-free but you can always strain further if desired. Plus, the pitcher that catches the juice has a spout that helps to keep the foam from your finished product! The only cons: pulp tends to get caught in the machine which wastes some juice, fruit has to be cut into quite small pieces, machine parts HAVE to be screwed on tightly or they are liable to work their way off and spill juice everywhere. Overall, very pleased with my purchase and so happy I can disassemble and place them all in the washer!

This cold press juicer is better than I expected. I used it with the carrots, which in the recipe it belongs to the hard materials. Worked well without problems. The only preparation I did is to cut the carrots into pieces small enough to put into the presser after cleaning and peeling slightly. Also surprised about the easiness to clean. Basically it needed to dissemble everything, like, screwing the parts a little by hand to clean all the leftover. Then, put the parts under running water and viola it was mostly clean. I also really like the luxury-looking matte black color, which shows that the material is not some cheap plastic. The only thing is the manual is a little hard to read. Definitely gonna use it more, cuz the juice was so fresh!

I don't really like this juicer. I bought it to juice celery but it is NOT easy to clean. The directions and info that comes with it is minimal. I will say that I could never assemble it without them though. It is not intuitive. I am going to try it with something less pulpy than celery and see if it is easier to clean and doesn't waste so much.
