I started out 6 months ago wearing a size 3XL. Within that time I have sized down 5 times! I wear every night and on my days off. Being consistent is the way to seeing results. I wear a white tank underneath which helps with perspiration and the material doesn't irritate my skin. I've ordered a couple of other brand waist trainers but this one is good quality, long torso, and doesn't roll down especially in the back. For reference: Size Medium. 145 lbs. 27in waist.

The media could not be loaded. I’m 5’2 and I weight 197, which that’s considered overweight. My goal is to lose 42lbs to be 155. For four years I’ve been trying to find the right corset but it was too short. Finally, this corset is legit to those who have long torso and I love it. It is somewhat difficult to clipped, but I believe, in my case, is because I’m out of shape. By next week, I will start my weight loss journey, definitely recommend this corset. I am 5'10" and finding waist trainers, or any kind of shapewear that actually fits me property is hard. They are not meant for my tall body. I was excited to find this "long torso" waist trainer. I prayed that it would fit me. It is much longer and it sure fits me better, but it is not perfect. If I set it right below my breast, it does not shape my hips property. It gives it a weird bump. However, if I lower it to where it gives me the perfect hourglass shape, I get back fat and some between my breast and the waist trainer. If it were just 1 or 2 inches longer it would be perfect! I ordered a medium, based on the measuring chart and it fit on the last hook (I can't put it any tighter). A small would have been much better option for me. Thus far, this is the best waist trainer I have found, and I do love it. I find it very comfortable. It also helps with my lower back pain and it keeps me straight. I recommend!

One of the best cheap waist trainers I've bought by far off of Amazon. I used to sell them for a living I work with a company called it works wraps and body magic. This is a high grade material for the price. It is a very good product it actually does hold it feels good it's seamless flattens to tummy you won't sweat and it makes you sit up properly. I'm a big girl and I got a size medium. At first I wasn't sure if that was the right size but I always order two sizes down anytime I buy any shapewear. If you have soft fat ladies I advise you to order down so you can get the most bang for your buck. Pictures will be up soon
