We bought the Yezi 1:18 remote control truck for our young son and he absolutely loves it! He drives it through the grass and mud and it doesn't skip a beat. It powers through nearly every obstacle in our yard. He really likes that the truck comes with 2 rechargeable batteries. When one battery dies, he can swap out and continue play while a battery is charging. Overall a nice RC for the cost. Awesome that it comes with a spare battery so the fun doesn't have to stop. The only issue is that the casing around the motor comes apart and the gears don't engage all of the time.

this thing won't even drive through 4" grass very well, gets stuck easily, and won't make it up a not particularly steep grassy hill. calling it all terrain is generous, or maybe just a lie. Does okay indoors or on paved surfaces. Its performance on a gravel driveway was disappointing. If you're looking for a disposable quality toy to use indoors or on paved surfaces, this might be a decent choice. While cheaply made and light weight, the controller was all right and the wheels and suspension are decent. Mostly the motor seems under powered and the battery is quite small. ... show more

Ordered this car for my son as gift. Received product sealed but I noticed upon opening that the top of the box had scuffs on the inside of the box as if the car had been pulled out and then put back in several times already. Not sure if this is was a repackaged product but I suspect it could be. The car itself seemed decently made. I was even excited that the car uses only one battery and it came with two. But the controller was a cheap piece of plastic. The controller seemed very poor quality. Like it could break very easy with one single drop. This did not bode well considering the box says this is for kids 6+. Any parent can tell you that kids drop things. So if you are making something for kids 6+ and it feels like it could break with one good drop. You are making a cheap product that will not last. Well lets just say, my son never even had a chance to drop the remote because the car never worked out of the box. He never got to play with it. I charged the two batteries that came with the car. Installed one in the car. I put brand new batteries in the controller. Turned both on and nothing. Switched out the battery in the car. Again. Nothing. I double checked everything. I made sure the batteries were charged. Even though I put new batteries in the remote. I tried a different set just to be sure. Still nothing. My son was so disappointed. I do not understand all of the 5 star reviews for this and they are very misleading because I tried this based on the good reviews and boy were they wrong. DO NOT BUY!!! ... show more
