A handy kit perfect for travel. It is effective at providing the basics for a quick polish on the go. The kit includes a black and "white" polish. Note the white isn't really white coloring, it is more a neutral polish. I used the white on these light brown/grey shoes and found it didn't change or darken the color significantly but did give them a satisfactory polish (see before/after photo above). The black polish works ok. Using the kit fabric and brushes I sufficiently re blackened the toes of a pair of black boots. I found that it did not buff super shiny like a military shine would but was a bit muted despite ample buffing. This possibly is due to the buffing brush being a bit on the stiff side, it could definitely be softer bristles. Still, it will get the job done in a pinch and will be my go to kit for travel especially after swapping iny favorite tins of polish to replace the ok ones that it comes with.

Fantastic kit. My gwvorite work boots had gotten faded spots and I had attempted to color it in with a sharpie at work. Terrible idea! Came out shiny with a purple pinkish sheen. Well, the shoe polish took care of that! Plus I darker back up the heels and it t3moved any other blemishes. By the time I was through, they looked brand new! I put a before and after photo.

My husband asked for a shoeshine kit, and this compact little kit is great. It comes in a nice leather case and is easy to store in a drawer or duffle bag.

This is a fairly decent kit. The zippered container means that everything stays in one place when you toss it in a drawer or bag. The brushes are have bristles designed to do the job, with the backs made out of a pretty nice polished wood. There's a clear and a black polish, along with the buffing cloth and a shoe horn added for extra value. Not sure I would call this a luxury level shoe shine kit, but I feel it's a pretty decent value for the price. I am also happy with the quality. We already pressed it into service last night and shined a pair of my knee boots. It worked fine, and the kit reassembled for storage quickly.

This is a great shoe care kit; I purchased it for my kid's competition dance bag to clean up the tap shoes from any scuffs. It's really cute, has everything you need, and stays perfectly packaged to prevent loss of brush/cloth/polish! A really well-crafted product.

I wanted a portable shoe care kit for travel or the car. While this kit isn’t amazing, it’s hard to beat for the price, especially for beginners. The brushes are the best part—affordable but decent quality, with a mix of horsehair and nylon. The wax is low quality (black and clear, not white), doesn’t shine well, and even the clear wax darkens leather. I recommend upgrading the wax. The cloths are flimsy, so cutting up an old cotton T-shirt works better. The shoe horn is serviceable, and the case is fine but zips awkwardly, leaving fabric sticking out. For the cost, the brushes alone make it worthwhile. Pair this with higher-quality polish, and you’ll have a great starter or travel kit. However, my kit smelled like cigarettes, so I knocked off a star.

This shoe shine kit is really nice, you'll get a nice looking carrying case with it, also has a buffing brush made of horse hair, an application brush also made of horse hair, 1 can of black polish, 1 can of neutral polish, buffing cloth and a shoe horn. This kit would be great for traveling. Nice product indeed.
