I was surprised in the quality of these colors! All of the colors in each pallete were very pigmented and went on smoothly. Obviously they aren't water proof since they are water activated, but once dried they didn't seem to smudge (unless they got wet.) I did test them under black light and only about four of them actually reacted, but I didn't get them for that, so it didn't affect my review at all. If you are expecting full uv reaction you may be disappointed. Overall a great product for the price! I did purchase separate fine line brushes to be able to do more detailed graphic designs, but for a basic wing, the brush that come with it is just fine!

The color payoff is amazing. I used these with the Trish Mcevoy liner fluid and my lines were crisp and waterproof! You could probably use other mixing fluids, or water to activate, then spray on a setting spray. My way didn't budge and lasted all night.

Love the colors and the black light does work on the neon ones. They are water activated so if you sweat or get teary eyed they will run.

I've never used water activated liner before and omg I am sooo thrilled with this purchase. For the price I thought the colors wouldn't be as vibrant as advertised but wooow. I wanted neon and I got it! I learned two lessons though. 1. You do NOT want this on your water line. 2. If you get it in your eyes you will tear the heck up and all the makeup will wash away instantly. Whoops. Probably need setting spray for sure and definitely protect from rain, etc. Someone mentioned using setting spray instead of water when mixing, I might try that next. EDIT: wore this for a full day for the first time. Used a good primer, mixed with setting spray, then spritzed setting spray over everything when done x3. Light coating of powder over that. It still smeared a bit after about 5 hours in the eye crease a bit. I dunno if my skin oil reactivated it or what, but just a heads up that it's kinda hard to keep this looking flawless. For a fun night out, it serves it's purpose I think and I still don't regret the purchase, but lext time I'd probably try a set of waterproof liners instead. Color: 10/10 Durability: 2/10 Durability with primer and setting spray: 5/10

Dries fast and absorbs water more then anything did the job but blending colors is a no. Brush included wasn’t not suitable for product.

I am obsessed with this product. I’ve never used eye liner pallet like this but it works so well. It goes on smooth, doesn’t flake off, and the colors are very fun.

I've had a set for about 3ish years and I continuously use them. The little brushes that come with them aren't the best but I usually use paint brushes mostly the fine tip ones. Most of them are vibrant but I ordered another set for my coworkers daughter so she can test them out. I get compliments from the looks I do with them.
