My refrigerator/freezer went out and I was desperate to save the $30 of food that I had in there. So I purchased this expensive cooler. (I was going to buy the cooler anyway, but moved up the purchase date when the refrigerator quit.) This cooler is great and kept the ice from melting for several days. I know external temperature greatly affects the length of time ice can be kept in a cooler. I kept the cooler on the screened/glassed in porch which maintained a temperature of about 75 degrees. The ice lasted about a week actually. I love the lavender color, the easy of moving this beast of a cooler, and the fact it can be an impromptu seat. The lid latches shut keep the cold inside where it belongs. The bonus tray included is appreciated but wasn't useful at the time of purchase.     • Amazing cooler
If you are an avid outdoors person, beach goer, tailgater, etc., this is a great addition to your outdoor festivities. This cooler is a great size and easy to move around. It keeps things cold and your ice fresh for hours and hours. It is very sturdy and available in a multitude of colors.

This cooler saved our camping trip!! We have had Yeti tumblers for years and love the way they consistently keep our drinks hot or cold for long periods of time. We decided to buy a Yeti Roadie cooler and tried it out on a 4 day camping trip with our travel trailer. We were going to use the cooler for our canned/bottled beverages. Unfortunately, the refrigerator in the trailer stopped working shortly after we arrived at the campsite. We were camping with family members, and they graciously offered the little room they had left in their fridge to store some of the food we had brought. The rest of the food would have to go in the Yeti cooler. Out went some of the beverages, and in went the food!! The cooler kept the food and beverages cold with very little ice melt for 4 days out in the 90+ degree temps!!! The Yeti brand may be a bit higher in price compared to other brands, but based on our experience with their products, they are worth it! ... show more

Love the cooler. I was waiting for a sale on Yeti coolers for a long time and found it. We took it camping and it did very well. It rolls easily and the handle is high enough that I didn’t have to bend my back when pulling it. I’m a flu shot. Nurse and the vaccine has to be kept between 36 and 46°. It did the job very well. There is a reason this is the best ice chest that I think you can purchase. We packed it with food and ice for a 10 hour road trip the night before we left. The ice was still good over 24 hours later. We left one bag of ice in the bag and then dumped more on top. I think one thing that helps is our food was cold when we put it in. Love this cooler! It's worth the price! It is a little large so check dimensions if you are packing tightly. It is super durable as we have banged it up quite a bit and not visible damage has happened. For how well it keeps the cold I will say this, I took it our of town for 4 days and didnt have to change the ice and by the time I got home I still have usable ice still I. The bags I could throw in my freezer. I got the yellow and I love it, stands out in a crowd so you can always find your friends/family and makes it pretty hard to steal as it STANDS OUT. I have only 1 complaint for this cooler, and that's the weight. This thing is HEAVY. (I knew that when we bought it) But for us it's a perfect cooler for our boat when it's out in the sun all day. The wheels are great.
