It’s beautiful and very sturdy. Heavy. But just after having it for a month went to turn it on one night and it would not come on at all. We unplugged it and you could hear it beep but pressing the buttons on the fireplace and the remote it still would not come on at all. Nothing worked. Reached out to customer service waiting to hear back on what to do. Will update! UPDATE!!!! After reaching out to the manufacturer via emails back and forth and sending videos of proof that our fireplace was not working the manufacturer sent us a replacement fireplace and asked us to discard the old one. Very pleased with the customer service.

Nice stand. Mine came without any of the cap locks needed to keep the screws in place so I had to order them separately or send back the giant heavy box that was already unpacked to check for all the parts. Since there is no way to talk directly to the vendor, it was pretty frustrating to deal with. Having said that, once it was put together it looked nice and fit in the space, only wish it was taller.

This was a great purchase. Fit in room as expected (it was shorter than I thought but that’s just me) Good product for price point. Easy to put together -just a note if you order it with the fireplace insert you will get them in 2 separate deliveries and you don’t want to put the cabinet together without the fireplace insert. My husband didn’t have any problems assembling the cabinet. The cabinets are great for the router and dvd player. The fireplace has a remote that allows you to adjust the brightness of the flame and you can adjust the temperature as well as how long the heater blows and how long the flame is on as well. Very happy with this purchase.

Very cheap and cheap materials. It doesn't look too bad but wow how cheap can it be made. I spent a considerable amount of time assembling this which wasn't necessarily hard but there is just a lot of pieces. Once assembled my wife scootched it across, the rug and the center support leg promptly broke off so now the stand is sagging in the middle. Because of this the doors are rubbing the top of the cabinet when opening and closing them. I do not have anything heavy on it just a few family pictures and a YC wax melter no TV. I will make a new center leg to hopefully stop this, but I am actively looking for another TV stand, and I will donate this one to Goodwill. Maybe a teenager with their first apartment may want it. The fireplace/ heater insert isn't so bad it looks and functions pretty well.
