The fireplace was shipped separately and arrived first. Shipped great, nothing broken. It took a long time to put together and we decided not to put one of the pieces on for personal preference. Once together it seems sturdy. Works great for us, we use the fireplace feature often. Fits great in the space we had for it. For the price really couldn't ask for more. About half the price as ones in the stores near us. Would definitely recommend.

I get nothing but compliments on my new entertainment center/fireplace! Living in south Alabama I have no need for a ‘real’ fireplace so this gets the job done! It gives off ample heat, or you can just have the light on for a nice ambiance. It was easy to put together and sturdier than I thought it would be- it’s decently heavy. All around good deal for the price, would buy again.

I purchased two. The first purchase was fine, the 2nd looked like a returned product. There were scratches, missing pieces and missing hardware. Very disappointing.

It looks nice once assembled instructions are pretty much useless. They just show pictures and you have to guess how to put it together. The instructions are not detailed at all. They do not give you any extra parts. Where is the screw? You used to pull in the pins, if you overtighten them at all by hand, they break again they give you nothing extra instructions vague overall looks good but we’re not purchase again. It’s all particleboard.

I was able to assemble this in half a day by myself. I needed assistance one time, only to lift it down from my elevated workspace. Instructions were very clear and step by step. Everything was clearly labled, and well packed. Fireplace component was its separate package, but both arrived at the same time. I chose the gray. Looks great and is solid when assembled. Heat output is ok for a smaller room, and more for supplementation rather than the only heat source.

I understand that this unit may have shipped in two pieces but it’s been four days since the stand has arrived and no indication or tracking for the fireplace unit. I am left her wondering am I going to have to take this stand apart and return it to Amazon? I hope not. As for the stand itself, it went together fairly easy. I don’t know if the company has improved the directions but I found them fairly easy to follow. You do have to study the images carefully to ensure your boards are facing in the right directions. It looks nice in my living room and matches my surrounding furniture well. It would look beautiful with a fireplace!!! Update Feb 2, 2025 - the fireplace unit has arrived and looks great. Now while the unit is beautiful and I am very happy. Still only giving four stars due to the lack of communication regarding the separate shippings.

The media could not be loaded. So in the video I mentioned it was difficult to assemble, the correct word I meant was time consuming. But it's a very nice product and sturdy.

This is a very nice, sturdy easy assemble. It does come in 2-peices. Fireplace insert & tv stand. Very heavily packed, good for a long ride. No damages at all! This takes 4 hands you will need a little help through the assembly process. My 19-year-old daughter put this together in 6 hours. Love it so much, keeps out Livingroom so cozy.
