I have small feet, so I wear “big kid” sizes in athletic shoes. These are the next best thing to going barefoot! The toe box is wide and comfortable, the insole is soft and the Velcro strap across the top ensures the proper fit. These aren’t water shoes, but they do have that type of comfort. I have had several shoes that utilize the same sole design as these, but the uppers in this kids shoe are way higher quality and durability than others we have tried. One thing to note is they have a very thick insole with a high arch. This might be an issue for kids, but my son seems to be adjusting well so far. Definitely worth a try for you child!
