It’s definitely firm but that’s a good thing so it doesn’t wear out so fast. A little more yellow toned than I expected, but it is ivory. The size is perfect for what we need. I like to lay on the arm rest like pillows, they’re not as square as the picture. I don’t like that the back rest don’t feel super stable, but I don’t think it will break. Delivery was great, I got all my packages at the same time. It took me 1.5 hours to get it all together. It’s beautiful and comfy. The only downfall: The back pillows are too thin for me.

Assembly was easy and it looks nice. My only problem would be the comfort. The cushions don't have much padding and tend to fall down very easily. We solved this by buying some comfty pillows and velcro to hold them in place.

Very easy to put together. Be prepared for a lot of trash! We went to Joanne’s Fabrics and purchased foam backing for the back pillows. Otherwise the couch is nice for the price.

It was easy assembly, and it looks great. I did have to stuff the back cushions, but after that everything has been good. I like a Medium Firm sofa and this was perfect comfort for me. It had some small stains at arrival, but customer service was awesome at helping me with that issue.
