Some days I don't feel as strong as other days. Because each bar has different weight, I use the bar according to how I feel. This way I don't strain too much and can build up to the heavier weight. Great product.

Product arrived in separate boxes packaged inside one box which was heavy and marked containing weighted bars, probably for safety sake. The cushioned rubber on bars were wrinkled. I got the 5, 8 &12lb set which is perfect for my needs right now. I'm recovering from injuries and taking things slow. I love how they don't take up much room in my studio apartment. These work great for squats, balancing, sit ups, and all kinds of gym moves. Nice addition to a home gym for the price. I love the square ends, they don't roll around on the floor and I can lean them up against the wall and they won't get in the way. Well made, and should last a long time.

I love the versatility of me being able to just pick up a different bar weight amount if the one I have is too heavy or too light instead of having to take weight plates on and off with a traditional barbell. They came in perfect condition! Will be buying more of different weight amounts.
