Here's how we use these mats: kneel on them to work, in high traffic standing areas to save feet and legs, to stretch crochet pieces, and MAIN use: for traction and padding for old dog who constantly slips on hardwood and linoleum floors. She will actually stop walking if these mats are not placed where she wants to walk, and stare at me untill I remedy the problem. They interlock so you can cover more floor space. Great material, super easy to install, and even if a corner gets lifted from moving your equipment ot resets after a little time when you put it back. Doesn't tear easily which is great. Only downside is the measurements. Every piece comes with 2 edges. You most likely won't need all of them, but they aren included in the size you order. Make sure to take that into consideration when ordering or else you'll come up short and have to order more anyways! Worth the money though. ... show more

I needed an affordable flooring option for an area I wanted to turn into a utility room that was currently marred by an old, ugly and well worn linoleum floor. After doing a little research I chose these tiles and couldn't be happier. The tiles snapped together easily and I was impressed that out of 120 square feet not a single tile was miscut or otherwise flawed. I was a bit worried about the quality of the foam after seeing how light the tiles were but I was impressed after working on them after installing. They stick well even with no adhesive and locked together tight. Not only are these tiles affordable, they are also well made, look great, and appear to be made for the long run. I have a home gym in my basement and since the floor is hardwood, I was looking for a soft solution in the event I ever dropped a dumbbell or something similar. I used these to cover a roughly 8 x 8 area and they worked great, easily locking together and staying in place. Had the whole thing done and my equipment moved in less then 10 minutes.
