    • BEWARE: Unstable and impossible to return
DO NOT BUY! Stairs are unstable and wobbly. My 65 lb dog refused to go on more than the second step. The zipper gets stuck on the poorly sewn material. They are impossible to return as they come vacuum packed. I considered shipping them back in a garbage bag, but Amazon said they would take up to 50% of the cost for restocking since I wasn't returning them in the box. ... show more

Excellent stairs- they’re large & look nice. I put them at the foot of my full bed horizontally and they’re almost the length of the foot if the bed so it looks great & is plenty large. I’d say they’re sturdy enough for any dog under 90 lbs.

    • Ok with my workaround
Purchased this because I have an older 80lb dog who cannot jump up safely on the bed anymore. I first placed the stairs head on toward the bed. Despite the larger width of the stairs, they ceded with the weight of my dog and frightened him. The foam isn't firm enough, and the stairs with the little inserts provided are wobbly. Because a return of these huge stairs seemed like a hassle, I tried a workaround. I turned the stairs sideways, pushing them against the rear of the bed so there's more support for them. My dog now uses them with confidence. I shouldn't have to use this workaround. but the stairs work well with this adjustment. ... show more

Wow these are a lot bigger than I thought but they work so well for my 12yr old Goldendoodle who has a hard time climbing up onto my really high bed now that she’s getting older. They are light enough to move around but strong enough to stay in place for my 55Lb dog so I highly recommend them and they kept their shape after removing from the bag and box, great quality stairs! ... show more

At first our dog was scared of it and wouldn’t come down. After about two weeks of trying we decided to put plywood on both side of the steps and finally after that he used them perfectly. We removed the plywood panels after he learned. Our dog is recovering from getting hit by a car that broke his right leg. He loves getting on the bunk bed in our RV. He is a happy dog now. It will be helpful if the company ads panels tall enough for the sides. Dogs will feel more secure. Did not work. This product says that it supports 100 pounds but it did not. The dog was just at the vet, and she weighs 99 pounds. I had this delivered to my sister for her dog to be able to get up in her bed. The dog tried it one time the steps were very wobbly. These helped my 85 pound lab with his ACL injury. I made sure to get the extra wide length, and the cardboard you place in each step to stabilize the step from collapsing underneath them helps a lot
