Even with the $40 shipping this cabinet still came in at a lower price point overall than any other like it that I could find. I took a chance based on the decent reviews and was not disappointed. It was not difficult to put together, but there are quite a few pieces and steps. I made a mistake in counting the pieces as I was assembling it and thought I was missing a shelf support, but ended up mistaking the piece for one of the door hinges. (I would just suggest just going slowly and taking your time; I also put a piece in backwards and had to undo a couple of steps to correct it.) Overall, it was fairly easy to put together (took my about an hour) and ended up quite sturdy. We don't open/close it very often, or store very much inside, so it has held up well. I replaced the plastic black knobs that were included with some faux leather fobs that I also found on Amazon to fit my decor better. The material for the black cabinet is as expected, and you can see close up that the edges seem a little worn, but it's not noticeable as a whole when you look at the cabinet (with doors closed). The metal feet are sturdy and match my West Elm Penn Chairs opposite the room perfectly.

The media could not be loaded. Ive been looking for a piece of furniture to put in the hall. i found this to be the perfect piece for a reasonably good price. assembly took me an hour. i worked through the steps for both pieces at the same time. that made everything go by faster. the instructions weren’t super clear but i have put together many pieces of furniture, so i understood what needed to be done. as long as you use your brain and logic, you should be fine. the shelves can’t support too much weight but for what i needed, its perfect. the color is also super aesthetic! now i just need to add a mirror and the hall will be all done :))

I dont usually leave feedback, but after building this product, i wanted to provide some. After reading all of the negative comments I noticed that the doors being out of alignment was the main problem/concern. So i thought I would take a chance. I have to say u I was pleasantly surprised by the quality. First of all was packaged nicely. My box came in damaged and I thought the worst, but all of the foam inside protected everything. Random side note the box is heavy. All of the parts are very well labeled and was easily assembled. I worked for a giant blue box furniture store and this quality is sort of on par, but a little better in my opinion due to the quality finish. Beautiful finish that looks natural and feels textured like real wood. The directions were clear and everything was labeled. Again loved the labeling as the big blue box store doesn't always label everything. Construction was on par with blue box store and this product is a little wobbly even after done, but not that bad. I bought 2, so both together side by side is very sturdy. Looks more expensive than it is. I did notice the door issues that everyone calls out so that is a problem. I think they placed the pre drilled holes in the wrong spot. I was able to address and everything works great. I am using these to stage a home and the look great. I would rate a 4+. I would rate higher but is a little wobbly and doors have to be addressed. If u are a little handy this will be no problem.

Love these to store my toddlers toys in. They have a lot of room and are deeper than I expected. I decided to assemble them without the legs and I feel like it elevates the look and makes them sleek. Assembly was very clear for a non- handy, single female. The units might still feel wobbly until you screw in the backing, which is the last step. I was relieved after that. I had this in my cart for awhile, was hesitant due to some of the reviews, and there were very little reviews for the oval, which is what I purchased. I decided to take a chance and buy them. Some of the reviews did mention the instructions not being very clear, which I felt I only “struggled” with 2 of the steps. I chose to build one at a time, start to finish to work out any kinks if needed, took about an hour to put together the first. Granted I took my time, I would also recommend organizing all of your pieces on the floor and read the instructions start to finish prior to putting it together. The second one I put together in 30 minutes or less. A handful of the reviews show and have complaints of the doorknobs not lining up. I did not have that issue whatsoever. Advice if you purchase this: step 2 should have added to insert 6 letter A’s PRIOR to step 3. Step 3 doesn’t specify which 6 holes to place the letter A’s (there’s a total of 8, same sized holes). I will post a picture and circle the holes in blue that they need to be inserted in, as that was 1 mistake I made but was quickly caught. Step 9: attaching the magnetic pieces to the inside of the doors-do this at step 7, just trust me. Way easier, no risk of feeling like you’re going to snap the door off while holding the door, applying pressure and screwing the piece in. Aside from those 2 very very minimal issues within the instructions, I am really happy with this purchase. The magnets are strong, holds the door shut. I do have a toddler and they’re able to open the doors, they do have to work for it a little bit to get them open! Very easy for an adult to do. The shelves do hold weight pretty well, my child chose to test that out, shelf holds 30oz lbs without breaking. They are heavier than I expected, which is what I wanted. They are much better quality than IKEA furniture, more solid and sturdy. TV on the stand is 55” for reference. I was also worried there was nothing behind the rattan pieces, but it’s actually very sturdy and backed by wood. I chose to not put the backing on for now, due to us using it under the tv, want to be able to access the plugs and have them pushed up flush to the wall. Just buy it already!
