The dimmest setting is perfect for video chats and online interviews; it lights up my face well without lighting up the background very much, which puts me front and center for interviews rather than my book collection. They work great whether you’re streaming or video conferencing. And to answer the question no one asked, if you add multiple sets of these lites together, a single remote WILL control them all simultaneously. You will have to use the controls on top of each key light to sync them up, though. They do remember the last setting they were on, though so you should only have to do it once. The lights use split usb c (light side) to usb a (pc side) meaning that one cable powers two key lights.

These work great. The remote oddly turns my treadmill off, but I can work around that problem. Now I'm not having to set up lights every time I need to get on a zoom call.

I like it a lot. Sometimes I have meetings at 5am so it helps a lot and I dont need to turn the house lights. The only caveat to me is even being 2 lights there is only one connection, so you can't split them.
