The media could not be loaded. I noticed that my home when not running the AC has I higher humidity level being that I live in Florida I was concerned about mold. I have an older dehumidifier but it's very loud only has one speed and is very bulky taking up too much room and when it turns on the lights dim telling me that it's a pig on electricy. I order this Yaufey and I've been using it for a few days now and we are delighted.The unit has multiple settings for the fan speed and modes like for using it in a basement or living area we have it on sleeping area and it lowered the humidity in our master bedroom the bathroom dressing area the bedroom next to ours and it's on low.This unit is super quiet and doesn't bother us while sleeping.The video shows the sound right next to the unit which is at the bottom of our bed.The unit keeps the air moving and also acts like a night light when getting up during the night.The cord is plenty long enough to be used in other areas where your outlet isn't right next to it. The water reservoir is a very comfortable size and is equipped with a handle making it easy to control when emptying. We are so impressed with this so far that we already ordered and received a second unit for another part of our home today and can't wait to try it but we are waiting the 24 hrs so that the refrigerant oil can settle from shipping as we did with the first unit.Very Important! For a long service life.Be patient I would definitely recommend and another plus if you register your unit they give you an extra year warranty. At the price point the functionality and the two year warranty wow! I read a lot of reviews and what I read about this company's customer service is far superior to others that have purchased at big box stores that have you go back to the manufacturer and to get a run a round and have you jump through hoops.Try one they offer a good return policy so if you don't like it send it back I don't think you can go wrong ... show more

After a recent heavy rainstorm, my basement got flooded, and after cleaning it, there was a damp smell. My old dehumidifier broke. It was very loud. I did some research and came across this unit. It is much smaller than my old one and weighs a lot less, which makes it easy to maneuver or carry from one room to another. There are a few great features that I like. First, it is quiet. It has three fan speeds, and even at high speed, it is not loud. Second, it has auto humidity level setting. I set the humidity level and leave it alone. Once the humidity level exceeds the setting, it starts by itself. I can also use the Continuous level and have it run non-stop. For the first day, I had it run on this setting to make sure all the moisture got out. After that, I set in on the Basement mode and it starts whenever the level of humidity is reached. Third, it's the auto drain. I can attach the hose and have the water go directly into my sump pump, instead of going into the bucket. Or the hose can be placed into any other water drain system. I no longer have to empty the bucket, which at times can be frustrating. Overall, I am satisfied with this unit and hope it lasts for a while, since my basement always has extra moisture in the air. ... show more

This is an update of my previous notes this is December if 2020 this is a fantastic product it works so good I'm very pleased with it now give you the do's and the don'ts for RV people I live in an RV so I dunno I've had it for since October of this year it is very cold where I live we do get snow now bursting I'm only talk about RV people people who live in homes it will work great as well they don't have too much of a problem as we would have now what I'm talkin about it when you have the machine going in your heater going your your portable heaters it does get cold in RVs wherever you have it it does get cold because if it's cold outside it is cold inside even though your heater's are working overtime it overrides the heating most times not all the time but it is very good for mold on the highly allergic to mold and since this is been going I don't smell any mold at all now you can put it on a timer to have a go on a certain time and officer time now I have an upstairs to my RV so I put it downstairs so I don't feel the cold all that much but I do have the water dripping in the faucets for the pipes won't freeze but all in all this product I give a 5 star it does what exactly the instruction said and I am going to be buying another one please keep them in stock because it is well worth the money I was going to buy a $50 one it wouldn't I can guarantee you my neighbor has one and it doesn't do anything I'm not kidding you I filled in one day five buckets of water was sucked out of this RV imagine if you live in a home Update this is in March of 2021 I am doing my last review of this product it is a very good product I give it a five-star I live in an RV so my review is only for RV people most of it I have only one issue on any it could be any dehumidifiers the same thing it's not the syphili this one if you live in an RV and you have that thing going and you have your heater going and it's 20 degrees. It's going to be cold in here if it's at night especially even with your heater going because your RV is up off the ground what I'm going to be doing to help that solution is cover my panels outside around the RV so the wind in the cold will not get in say the air ducts the openings for pipes and everything or underneath so it's always good to cover it that's the only downfall that I had I did not do this year but all in all it's a fantastic product and it does what it says on the description I have no complaints it's still running strong and it does take the moisture out believe me when you live in an RV you do get a lot of moisture and you got to do something about because my first living in an RV was a disaster the first year but I learned over the four years three years I've been here now so it is a very good product my recommendation would I tried both ways leave it on on low at night it's still got very cold in here with the heater going with my suggestion is there turn it off in the evenings keep your heater is going so your pipes don't freeze but since you get up turn on the dehumidifier I give the five star all the way around ... show more
