The manual is in English! Not some garbled chino-translated mess! The stream is a bit inconsistent and can be a touch harsh at the lowest setting. The second knob - no clue what it is for and neither does the manual. I suspect it is the self clean but if so, none of the in between options do anything other than spray water into the bowl. The metal parts are welcome and the install is easy. The 'Tushy' has plastic parts for 2-3 times the price, but the stream is more gentle. Not sure why there is a temperature setting rating, or reviewers complaining it isn't controllable. It wasn't meant to control temperature. Besides, all the temp control devices are a waste to me. You need to run water for a while, just like a faucet, to get warm water. Waste of water. I recommend this product. ... show more

Super easy install. Makes me feel extra clean and refreshed after using the bathroom. The pressure is a bit high I adjusted it but it too powerful. Which is my reasoning for losing a star. If I turn the sink on it cuts the pressure down. Not sure if it’s a product flaw or a water pressure at my house flaw. ... show more

This device power wash the mud back there right out. It has a powerful water stream with the slightest turn of the knob. Very easy to use and install. As much as I love this bidet all I can add is gentlemen be careful the stream is capable of using your boys as a speed bag.
